00:29like their dietary habits, life-cells and co-morbidities.

00:39We are doing blood investigations, like their liver investigations, CBC, cholesterol, kidneys, ECG, chest x-rays.

00:49What is required, we are going for it.

00:53So a proper examination, proper counselling, we are doing it.

00:58Sir, according to the media reports, 480 people,

01:05we have seen the liver and heart issues in police officers.

01:11Can you tell us why?

01:13Look, nowadays,

01:15the patients, police officials, they are very aware about their diet.

01:21Because in police hospital, we usually conduct a camp, awareness camp once in a month.

01:29So in that camp, we give knowledge about this diet system, exercise, proper sleep.

01:41Psychiatrists used to visit every week.

01:45which is the need for their counselling.

01:49They are doing their counselling.

01:52Actually, I wanted to ask you, why is this a reason for this issue?

01:57The reason is, we cannot pinpoint police officials.

02:02In general, we have a sedentary lifestyle.

02:06We have a sitting job.

02:10After heavy meals, we do not walk.

02:13We have a lot of pizza, burgers, junk food.

02:18They will all lead to this fatty-level disease, diabetes, obesity, overweight.

02:25This is all, these are all, all the faulty habits.

02:31These are responsible for this.

02:32Now, we have regularly a check-up for police officers.

02:37How do you recommend tests to help you?

02:47Routine examination like CBC, LFT, RFT, lipid profile, electrolytes and these viral markers.

02:56We are screening for this HIV, BDRL, any sexually transmitted disease.

03:00Proper examination, chest x-ray to rule out TB, pulmonary TB.

03:05Because they are dealing with the public.

03:08Like with the public, people go to my ethically in the population.

03:13So, people come to public dealing with the thanas.

03:15So, we used to screen, we are screening this tuberculosis and skin diseases.

03:22We are seeing someone's skin disease.

03:24We are doing proper examination.

03:29We are doing internal organs examination.

03:33We are doing vision testing.

03:36We are doing dental check-up. We are doing each and everything.

03:43We are doing regular basis for police officers check-up.

03:49So, what kind of issues do you see in regular basis for police officers?

03:56So, there is a number of different patients.

03:57So, there is a number of patients that have been categorized in regular patients.

03:58Like some patients are diabetic, some hypertensive.

04:03They have been categorized by those patients.

04:06They have been categorized by some fatty liver patients.

04:08Basically, we are targeting the pin points in the initial stages of our patients.

04:14Once the patient gets diabetes, then they don't need to give a regular medicine,

04:19a lifestyle, dietary changes, and a proper routine.

04:23But there is a period in which we can prevent the disease.

04:27In that period, we do counseling through a diet plan, through a healthy lifestyle.

04:34We try to not enter the patient in that phase.

04:39We try to improve the health and dietary lifestyle.

04:45One more, the total police officers,

04:49whether there is a full body check-up,

04:53when did the full body check-up start?

05:03When will it go?

05:05It's like that almost all officials will be covered.

05:10Because it's not an easy job in one month.

05:16It's made a schedule in parts.

05:19There are so many officials in the state.

05:21Accordingly, we are conducting the examination.

05:24Secondly, in the police hospital, we are giving services to all the police officials,

05:29who are in service or retired.

05:31Some of them are retired.

05:32Some of them are retired.

05:33Like anybody served in the police police,

05:37no shift to Manimajra, Kharad.

05:39But their families are used to visit in our hospital.

05:42We are giving free medicine, free investigations,

05:46free yoga center.

05:48We are running yoga center, physiotherapy center,

05:51vision testing.

05:52Even psychiatrists are used to visit in our hospital.

05:55Dental check, OPDs are running in our hospital.

05:58So, we are mostly covering these facilities.
