01:08So firstly, what is a digital product exactly, and why the heck is it so powerful to be selling right now?
01:14A digital product is just anything that you can sell online that doesn't require a physical delivery.
01:19Things like ebooks, templates, online courses, software access, coaching programs, mentorships,
01:26website templates, AI prompt packs, communities, and the list goes on forever, quite honestly.
01:32And it's so powerful because in today's day and age, you can build digital products in minutes by simply just using ChatGPT.
01:38Platforms like Gumroad, WAP, and School make the delivery practically automatic and seamless,
01:44and most digital products will yield you a 90 to 100% net profit margin, which quite frankly in business is unheard of.
01:51If you've been following me for a while, you may have known that over the past couple years,
01:55I generated over $4 million by selling a one-to-many coaching program for dropshipping and e-commerce.
02:01And basically, apart from spending some of my time with my clients,
02:04I packaged up everything that I knew about the business model and put it into resources, courses,
02:09SOPs, and everything that somebody would need to follow the exact steps that I took to see success.
02:15Enough about me. How much money can you make by selling digital products?
02:19Let's run some numbers here.
02:20If you have 100 customers on a $497 course, that's $49,700 in pure profit.
02:28On Gumroad, I found a UX design course that sold over 70,000 copies,
02:34making $3.5 million for the user who published it.
02:37I also found ChatGPT prompts with over 10,000 downloads at $25, and that guy made $250k, just like that.
02:45With that out of the way, if you want to get in on this, the first thing that you have to do is identify your niche.
02:51I would strongly recommend picking a niche based on what you've done, what you know,
02:55or what you have an interest and passion in and you're willing to put the hours of research in.
03:00As an example, if you've built an e-commerce brand, teach that.
03:03If you're great at using AI tools, sell AI prompts or templates.
03:07If you lost 30 pounds and changed your whole physique, sell a course, a mentorship, a coaching program,
03:13or even just a journal to track people's daily habits.
03:15Whatever worked for you, honestly.
03:17And if you don't know where to start and you need some inspiration, start browsing Etsy.
03:21They have around 400 million monthly visitors and have became a massive hub for digital products.
03:26Now, the top sellers on Etsy, they typically sell lower ticket products,
03:30like PDFs, e-books, simple guides, templates, and so on and so forth.
03:35So if you're looking for something a bit more mid or high ticket,
03:38I'd recommend checking out the trending pages on WAP, School, or Gumroad.
03:42If you're looking for communities, memberships, masterminds, I'd recommend checking out Kajabi or School.
03:48Now, once you've identified a niche that you may be able to sell in,
03:50the next thing that you want to do is land on your product.
03:53Here are the top options that have made millions and millions of dollars for so many people,
03:58and that I'll always recommend.
03:59Low ticket, e-books, and guides.
04:01Typically, anywhere from like $17 even up to $150 would be the sweet spot.
04:06But again, if there's enough value in it,
04:08you can really price your digital product at whatever you deem is worth it.
04:12Now, moving on to mid-ticket or even slightly high-ticket,
04:14courses are an amazing option, and yes, they still work in 2026
04:18if you do them the right way, which we'll touch on later.
04:20There's also templates and tools that you can build with AI
04:23that will provide tons of value to businesses,
04:25and you can actually charge a decent price for them.
04:28Now, moving up to the higher end, we have communities, masterminds,
04:32and my personal favorite, which is live paid calls or group coaching.
04:36But regardless of what you land on,
04:38the biggest tip here is to niche down like crazy.
04:41For example, instead of selling a guide called Social Media Growth 101,
04:45try selling a guide like My Trial Reels Strategy
04:49that gained me 100,000 Instagram followers in just 30 days.
04:53See the difference?
04:53You're targeting an exact kind of person who needs your help,
04:56and you're much more likely to get the sale.
04:58Once you have somewhat of an idea on what kind of product you want to sell,
05:01now it's time to actually create a digital product.
05:04And don't worry, this part's not as hard as it may seem,
05:07so if you have the attention span to bear with me,
05:09I'm going to walk you through exactly how I'll create
05:11My Trial Reels Strategy that gained me 100,000 followers in just 30 days.
05:16And yes, I actually have this strategy,
05:18and that's how I blew up my Instagram account.
05:20So as you can see, I have a Google Drive folder here
05:23with all the documents for the strategy that my team and I followed.
05:26So all I have to do is go ahead and click into one of these.
05:29And as you can see,
05:30we have all the information already laid out in a Google document.
05:33Now, technically, I could just sell this as a digital product on its own.
05:37I mean, all the information is here, right?
05:39But I'm going to show you how to take it one step further
05:41and brand your product so your customer really feels like
05:45they're buying into a brand and an experience
05:47instead of just receiving a bunch of random information on a Google document.
05:51So literally, all I have to do is come here
05:53and copy all this information about the strategy.
05:56And then I head over to ChatGPT.
05:58I'll say, I'm looking to turn this information of mine
06:02into a digital product that I can sell
06:06called My Trial Reel Strategy
06:10that gained me 100,000 followers on Instagram in just 30 days.
06:19Can you please help me reformat this
06:23so that I can make it into a beautiful ebook using Canva?
06:29Now, ChatGPT has gotten so crazy
06:32that you can ask him to help you reformat some of your information
06:34or even add additional resources, examples, whatever you might need.
06:39But for simplicity's sake, I'm just going to leave it at this prompt
06:42and go ahead and hit enter.
06:43Boom, he's going to say, absolutely, let's take your concept
06:45and turn it into a clean, high-converting ebook structure for Canva.
06:49And just like that, you're going to get the ebook title,
06:52the cover page and exactly what to do there,
06:55page one, introduction, page two, why this works, page three.
06:59Like, he'll literally package it into the perfect ebook for you
07:02so long as you have that information ready to go.
07:05And even if you don't have that information,
07:06like I said, ChatGPT can help you fill in the blanks
07:10or help you with the strategy
07:11as it has seen millions of strategies out there on the internet
07:15and tons of other people who have probably entered data into its system.
07:18Now, the next step here is figuring out how I'm going to package this up.
07:22I said Canva, but you're also welcome to use Notion
07:24or really whatever other platform that you want to go ahead and design this.
07:28Now, what's crazy about Canva is they literally have millions of templates.
07:32So I've just looked up ebook template here.
07:35And as you can see, there's quite a few that I could click on and run with.
07:37I kind of like this dark, minimalistic theme here.
07:40So I'm just going to go ahead and click on this one
07:42and click customize this template.
07:44And just like that, I have the cover page, the about me page,
07:47and then as many pages as I possibly could need
07:50to go ahead and explain the system that I have in depth.
07:53Now, I could sit here and edit this and make it all pretty for you guys,
07:56but I think you get the point.
07:58It's super easy to do.
07:59So let's move on to the next part of crafting this digital product.
08:02We're obviously going to need a website or someplace to host and sell it.
08:06So for this, there's a million options,
08:07but the fastest, the easiest, the cheapest way is to just use Shopify.
08:11And the reason for that is because I have an AI store builder
08:14that'll build you a beautiful branded custom made website
08:18in just a couple of clicks and a couple of minutes,
08:21which I'll leave completely for free in the description box below.
08:24Now, traditionally, I use this for dropshipping,
08:26but you can actually sell digital products on Shopify as well.
08:29And Shopify's platform is super intuitive, beautiful, easy to use.
08:33And like I said, by coming over to this landing page right here,
08:36all you have to do is hit build my free store, enter your information,
08:40follow the steps, and in just a few clicks, it'll spit you out
08:43a perfect website template that you can go ahead and edit to your liking.
08:46I also have other guides walking you through how to use Shopify
08:49and how to navigate everything just in case you guys needed
08:52some additional help on getting that set up.
08:54So think about what we just did here.
08:55We use ChatGPT to help us format and package up the information
08:59that we want to present.
09:00We use Canva or Notion to lay that out and design it nicely
09:04by using a prebuilt template.
09:05We use my AI store builder to set you up with a website
09:08so that you actually have a place to sell your digital product.
09:11And the last tool I recommend is Loom or Screen Studio,
09:14because in a world full of everybody selling low ticket PDFs or guides,
09:18if you can over deliver for your customer, that goes the longest way
09:21and they'll be satisfied with their purchase, tell their friends,
09:24or maybe come back and buy more stuff from your store in the future.
09:27So instead of just creating an ebook, why don't you also attach a video
09:31where you can walk them through the ebook and explain step by step
09:35how to employ the strategy and maybe show them a little bit of it live.

09:44So now that you have an idea on how to set the business up from start to finish,
09:49let's also talk about a few other things that you can do
09:51to start bringing in customers without spending any money.
09:54The best platforms you should attack first are Gumroad, WAP and School.
09:59You see, you can host your business on Shopify, sure,
10:02but without any traffic, you're not going to make any sales.
10:04By tapping into other third party platforms
10:07that already have millions of users visiting every single month,
10:11you can start to make sales for free
10:13if they're searching Instagram growth strategy on any of these platforms.
10:16Gumroad is typically the easiest to start,
10:18although they do take 10%, which is a little steep.
10:21They're great for ebooks, templates, guides, PDFs and anything of that nature.
10:25WAP is best for creator tools, memberships, prompt packs, communities
10:30and a lot more.
10:31And school is best for communities and hands on coaching.
10:34So depending on your offer,
10:35those are three platforms that I would try to tap into right away.
10:38Now, these platforms will basically have a product page built in,
10:42and I'd recommend doing the same thing that you do on your Shopify store,
10:45which is creating a strong headline at the top.
10:48How I grew my Instagram over 100,000 followers in just 30 days using this little secret.
10:52A few benefit focused bullet points on what your digital product is actually about.
10:57And then I'd honestly pack out the rest of your product page with testimonials.
11:01If you don't have any client testimonials in the beginning,
11:04just do a massive testimonial of how you use this yourself.
11:08Now, a lot of these platforms have payment processing built in as well,
11:11but it might be nice to set yourself up a Stripe account and a PayPal account
11:14to collect more payments easily.
11:16Now, once you have your product listed on some of these platforms,
11:19it's probably not time to just sit back and say,
11:22I'm done because although you might be having some sales come through,
11:25your plan is to get rich.
11:26And in order to do that, the best approach to take is to start blowing up your product with organic content.
11:32It's so easy nowadays to create short form content around your product.
11:35Again, you can simply ask ChatGPT to spit you out 10 different viral reels that will help promote your product.
11:42I would also share customer wins, share your own journey,
11:45share behind the scenes of you building the product and why you did it,
11:49and just constantly provide free value and nurture your audience until they're ready to buy from you.

12:03Now, although building a personal brand will be my strongest recommendation because in about 30 days,
12:08you can probably have a decent presence up and already be making consistent sales.
12:12There are some different routes to go.
12:14If you don't feel comfortable being in front of the camera yourself,
12:16I've seen so many niche faceless content pages across TikTok and Instagram reels,
12:22promoting all different types of digital products.
12:24I'm sure you guys have too.
12:26You can take royalty free videos off of the internet or have AI tools generate them for you
12:31and then blast short form content across a branded Instagram and TikTok page
12:36and drive link clicks to your Shopify store in your bio.
12:39Now, where things can get real powerful for you is if you start to build out a crazy affiliate marketing system.
12:45Remember Andrew Tate and the Hustlers University?
12:47He literally had thousands of members of his community become affiliates that would get paid for driving more people to buy the product.
12:54He then supplied them with endless amounts of podcast clips and content of him
12:58and they started blasting it out all over short form,
13:01simultaneously making him the most Googled man on the planet for a few weeks,
13:05but also putting millions of dollars into his pocket.
13:08You can do the same strategy by finding creators.
13:11And right now there's thousands of them who are trying to make money online by using other people's content
13:17and pay them 30 to 50% to use your content or content that you find online and start promoting your product.
13:23Additionally, platforms like Gumroad and WAP also have full built in affiliate suites to handle all the payments for you.
13:29I remember last year I was paying one of my affiliates over $10,000 a month for simply just creating content
13:35and driving link clicks towards my software.
13:37I would recommend starting out with organic marketing first to ensure that you have product market fit
13:42and you actually have something that will sell before you go ahead and start putting money behind it.
13:46Once you've validated the demand and you're already making sales organically,
13:50then getting into meta ads, TikTok ads or even Snapchat ads can be a great way for you to make passive income off of your digital product.
13:57Overall, getting into paid ads is definitely more in the scaling phase as apart from the testing phase.
14:02You want to make sure you have an amazing product first that is doing exceptionally well with a small group of people before expanding on it.
14:08Now, I understand this is probably a ton of information just being thrown at you at once,
14:12and you're probably still sitting there scratching your head thinking,
14:14I don't really know where to start. What's the best model? Can you just tell me?
14:18Well, here we go. My number one recommendation for beginner to start right now in the fastest, easiest, most scalable way is online coaching.
14:27If you think about it, we grew up our whole lives using coaches for everything. We go to school, we have teachers, maybe we hire private math tutors on the side.
14:34As we get a little bit older, maybe we start personal training or maybe we hire a coach for our sports.
14:39Maybe we go to university and now we have professors teaching us.
14:42But the only problem with this from a coaching perspective is you can only coach so many people when you have to be there physically with them.
14:50I mean, you got to get dressed, you got to get ready, you got to plan your lessons, you got to show up and physically be there with your clients.
14:56And obviously it's going to be hard to scale because you can only work with clients in your geographical region.
15:02But the crazy thing about online coaching is that you can literally coach anybody anywhere in the world.
15:08It has extremely high perceived value because you're helping people solve immense problems in their life.
15:12You only need a few clients to get to five figures per month and beyond.
15:16And the best part about this is once you get a few clients, you get a few testimonials and case studies in the door.
15:22You can expand from one on one coaching into one to many coaching, which means that you can provide courses, SOPs, resources, documents.
15:30You can host group calls and teach hundreds or even thousands of students at one time.
15:35And will it take work?
15:36Sure.
15:37Will it take effort?
15:38Of course.
15:38But it's the easiest model to get off the ground because all you need to do is start coaching one person.
15:44You can scale it practically infinitely.
15:46And I know a lot of you guys might be thinking, well, I'm not an expert.
15:49There's somebody more qualified.
15:50There's somebody better.
15:51That right there is your unique advantage.
15:54You see, when I started e-commerce coaching, sure, I had done seven figures in revenue.
15:58I'd made over a million dollars with dropshipping, but that is nothing compared to thousands and
16:04thousands of other entrepreneurs around the world who have done millions, tens of millions,
16:08hundreds of millions of dollars in sales with their e-commerce brand.
16:11And if I sat there thinking I'm not qualified enough, I'm not good enough for this.
16:14I shouldn't be making content.
16:16Then I never would have went on to make millions of dollars in profit with that business model.
16:20Because the truth is, as a coach, you're helping somebody who's just one or two steps below you.
16:25And it's so much better that way, too.
16:27It makes sense to work with a mentor or a coach who isn't 10 steps ahead of you,
16:31because then they won't relate to you.
16:32Just a few steps ahead of you and they can put yourself in your shoes
16:35and help you get out of your current position.
16:37That is what online coaching is all about.
16:39And the craziest thing is everybody has a skill.
16:42Everybody is unique and you can figure out what you can coach people on by just sitting there
16:46and thinking about it.
16:47Maybe you got over some childhood trauma and you can teach people how to do the same.
16:51Maybe you aced all your tests in high school and got into the best university
16:55and you're going to show people how to become more productive and better students.
16:58Maybe you lost 20 pounds and you got in the best shape of your life
17:01and you genuinely want to help and change other people's lives by following the exact same protocol
17:06because you'd know that they'll get success just like you did.
17:08Now, of course, there's a million different topics you can coach or consult people on,
17:12but my recommendation is to pick one that has an extremely high perceived value.
17:16Think about it.
17:16If I'm selling people on an e-commerce coaching program for a thousand dollars
17:20and I'm teaching them everything that I know that got me to a million dollars,
17:23then that is insane perceived value.
17:26There's no reason why they won't pay you a thousand dollars for your program.
17:29Now, I understand some of this might sound a bit complex.
17:32It's different than my usual videos and I'm throwing a lot at you guys at once.
17:36I get it. But just remember, it's not as hard as you might think it is.
17:41It's very simple. You just have to follow the process step by step
17:45and constantly be solving problems and overcoming hurdles in your way.
