00:00Hi, this is really impromptu. I was just talking to a young girl just now and I started that this was a message I wanted to share with women as well.

00:32There's so many things that we can't do alone and you feel like you need a team.
00:36This topic is that the theme of everybody cannot come is that if you're building a team, you might be saying, oh, this girl, I want a singing group and this girl can sing.
00:47Oh, I want a dancing group and this girl can dance. Oh, I want to start a business and this girl studied in Harvard.
00:52You might be looking for people who are talented, people who have tools, people who have equipment.
00:57But what if the most important thing that you need is someone who is willing?
01:03Because you might have people that are very, very talented, but the question is, do they want to do this with you?
01:09For example, this young girl, she wants to sing. She wants to sing on YouTube.
01:12Maybe not professionally, but she wants to sing on YouTube.
01:15But she and her friends have been playing it for a very long time.
01:17As adults, I'm sure that you're aware of this.
01:19You see your friend, your old friend, you're like, oh, no, she'll sing one of these days.

02:52When you're building a team, when you're building a team, focus more on people who are willing.
