00:42they say red meat they're talking about meat that is red it's really red they've cooked it but it's
00:48red like it is very red you can hear the blood of the blood of the animals speaking speaking yes
00:55you can hear it speaking even louder than the blood of ebel but it's not louder than the blood of jesus

01:45um plant-based foods so i encourage eating meat to an extent in moderation for example women with
01:54anemia i tell them you can eat um beef liver grass-fed beef liver um the third thing is palm oil when white
02:03people say don't eat palm oil they're talking of another thing entirely they have this over processed
02:08over refined palm oil that they um that they that is that is not good it's unhealthy that's what they're
02:16talking about but in nigeria we just call palm oil the red palm oil because what do we know outside of
02:21that we don't know adulterated we don't know that thing that they call so when people carry um
02:28white people literature american literature and read and they see oh don't eat red meat don't eat this
02:34they don't eat that it's just there's a cultural context that is missing moving on i'm glad that
02:40we've clarified that moving on i want to just speak more on um your symptoms what are your symptoms
02:52the major symptom is abdominal swelling and painful menstruation okay so abdominal swelling

11:03it's going to be all right um it's been a struggle yes it's it is for a lot of people um you need to drink water water is very essential for metabolism and all and for so many people as well
11:17why they have problems with fibroids is because it's been really difficult to metabolize the hormones
11:36metabolize the hormones in the body and it's the liver that does that work so the liver has like so much
11:44work to do and the liver actually does need um you to be active needs you to drink water and your womb needs um
11:54needs to not be inflamed inflammation is not always a bad thing
11:58but we need to we need to now focus on anti-inflammation for example um i don't know if
12:08is this um some people take omega-3 i take omega-3 and i take um my olive oil too just to always keep my
12:17insides cool it's just like when you put something in the fridge and it's cool so that's what anti-inflammation
12:25is because when the fibroids get inflamed it just keeps getting bigger and bigger and bigger because
12:31it's like okay for example um you know have you ever used accidentally locked your hand in the between
12:38the door or your locker or the car good so that feeling that makes it to hurt you inside and start
12:44swelling swelling swelling that's almost like what it feels like when the fibroid just get gets bigger
12:51bigger so they tell you put ice put ice you know so also in the body we also need to take anti-inflammatory
12:59foods and anti-inflammatory measures um i'm thinking of your 10 o'clock is not bad it's it's not bad um so
13:12you eat about once a day right yes okay also i'm going to make a special a different um
13:25menu for you i also want to find out um
13:32are you going to are you going to be checking your like maybe every three months or every four months

14:52soy or anything no i don't i don't so i switched from cow milk to um soy milk i thought i was doing
14:58something good you know i was i was doing all of those things well i i think um tiger nut milk
15:05tiger nut milk is still in debate and i didn't add it to the to the book because someone was asking
15:11saying they didn't see tiger nut milk and they take and i said what i shared is what worked for me
15:16and i didn't take tiger nut milk so i don't know if it works that's fine okay because i've i've tried
15:23so many things in fact it's just that i i'm looking for someone that has gone through the past to make
15:29it easy it will be my question again is um is your period heavy or just painful just painful just
15:40pay for the first two three days okay no wonder that's why your pcv is is high yeah i don't have

18:26so as you see here um foods high in omega-6 they increase the production of inflammatory
18:34prestaglandins which is what can cause pains for your period
18:38so if your intake of coconut oil is that high or if it's moderate

19:59moved on to um talk about prostaglandins i was sharing with you that prostaglandins can cause pain

20:10okay so so when you have prostaglandins look at it here there are a group of lipids with hormone
20:16like actions that your body makes so so when you have as a woman when you have very high prostaglandins
20:25it's inflammatory and it can cause period pains so i'm going to show you this saturated fat
20:33and then we saw here that um i was showing you something here where i said eating too many foods
20:43with omega-6 increases the production of inflammatory prostaglandins foods high in omega-6 fatty acid
20:50include red meat dairy da da da da da da da da da and you mentioned almonds do you take almonds every
20:56time
21:03granates also so in the program we don't take granates

21:14stop up you make it like you make it lively i understand okay i understand so you have to
21:24prioritize in the program we're going to prioritize omega-3 fatty acids and then we're going to um focus on
21:33if you can't get omega-3 fatty acids in your food you may want to supplement but actually even without
21:39supplementing you will be fine okay so as we proceed you're just going to understand more and
21:46more of these things and what is happening it's it's a very educational um event today just for me to
21:56find out about um what what's been going on how you're eating to know if it's about food or if it's
22:05something else for a lot of women it's just workplace and yeah caring for five children three children
22:15which is just so much um yeah technically normally women send me their products today first first day
22:23but since you're not you're not using a lot of beauty products then we'll just skip that part
22:30i don't even care what my face looks
22:35so um between now and um thursday between now and thursday i'm going to send you something on the
22:46oh no i'm going to create a group i'm going to send you something on the group and then um your own
22:52menu will be ready between now and thursday and if you have any questions or modifications that you want
