Musk threatened to sue Apple, through xAI, alleging it was preventing AI companies other than OpenAI from reaching the top of the App Store. Apple partnered with OpenAI last year to integrate its models into Siri and iOS, but AI apps like Perplexity and DeepSeek have also topped charts.
