00:00I think we're in a good place. We've worked hard, to be fair. It's been a six, seven week pre-season. We've worked pretty, pretty hard and put a lot of demands on the team. But then you never really know, you know, sitting in this position until the season starts. And no doubt as the season gets going, you're always improving. But I think we're in a great place considering where we are. It's been a large element of what we've done in pre-season. And most of my pre-seasons are like that, trying to get us up to the best physical shape we can be in.
00:28And like I said, yeah, numbers suggest that. My eye suggests that when I'm watching us train and where we currently are as a group, really. So, yeah, we're in a good place in that sense.
