00:06She says in an Instagram post,
00:08quote,
00:09Please go to Gaza and bring your light to the children before it's too late.
00:13As a mother, I cannot bear to watch their suffering.
00:16Madonna adds that the Pope is the only one who cannot be denied entry into the Palestinian territory.
00:22The Queen of Pop also says the best gift she could give to her son Rocco,
00:26who is celebrating his birthday, is to ask everyone to do what they could do to help the children affected by the genocide in Gaza.
00:33She explained she made a call to help stop the children from starving to death.
00:37In his first Sunday message back in May, Pope Leo XIV had appealed to world leaders for no more war,
00:43calling for a ceasefire in Gaza and the release of Israeli hostages.
00:47In July, the pontiff called for the end of the barbarity of war,
00:50after the only Catholic church in Gaza was targeted by an Israeli attack, killing three people.
00:55Pope Leo XIV also told Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas that he was against the fourth displacement of Palestinians.
