00:00This timeless Japanese futurism was one of these words in the studio that was coming at the
00:10beginning of Aria because we had this feeling of like in the 1980s Japan this feeling like
00:16that city was shaped by technology and that it was very futuristic but very safe it was super
00:23exciting but never there's none of the negative things about a big city exciting wise and so we
00:31wanted this feeling and then it kind of snowballed and we started playing with historical things
00:37and modern things so as we discussed the haptic switches very modern obviously modern but then
00:44the end on lighting the introduction of some classical elements even in unusual places so
00:51the tech shield has these wood patterns in it which are a little bit unusual but it represents
00:58this time when we were in love about Japanese futurism that's a cool thing and the opportunity
01:03because it was a brand new EV to really make them so it was once in a lifetime.
