01:03Sabi nga ni Representative Marcos, kabilang sa mga pinagihinalaan kasi,

01:08ay mga mismong mambabatas.

01:10I think we shouldn't get ahead of ourselves.

01:11Although the House, I believe, should assist in being able to identify where the anomalies are,

01:20I think it will be primarily the prerogative, the executive, to be able to identify where these anomalies lie,

01:31given the fact that, again, the accused, so to speak, are within the legislature.

02:09Pero sinubukan silang pigilan ni Navotas Representative Toby Tiyanko sa pagkwestiyon ng kanilang jurisdiksyon.

02:18Dahil wala namang magiging kalukohan dito kung hindi na punduhan.
