00:00Look, a winning start on your home debut, a goal for yourself. How happy are you with that first performance?
00:04Yeah, no, I'm absolutely buzzing. I love scoring goals and it's great to be out in front of the fans playing competitive matches.
00:10And look, obviously everyone knows you've come from the current main league, you've come up another level,
00:13but how do you find that in terms of establishing yourself and I suppose competing against a higher standard player?
00:19Oh, absolutely. You can tell it's a big jump. You're playing against much better opposition,
00:24but I just think if I work hard, that'll get me through it sometimes.
00:28And look, a lot of new faces and new players coming in the change rooms at once.
00:32How do you find that in terms of getting cohesion with the rest of the lads and sort of gelling with each other?
00:36Yeah, no, you can tell it's coming along rightly. We're almost there and we'll be looking to take this form into the start of the season now.
00:43It's just momentum now, isn't it? Because the two wins, it's not something to build upon.
00:46Yeah, absolutely. We lost a good few games in pre-season, but it's important to get the wins on the board in the competitive football.
00:52And in terms of playing for Stuart King, how do you find him? He obviously appreciates hard work and he's got a pretty good job.
00:58Putting in the shift, if I want to have a better word.
00:59Yeah, no, that suits me. It's real intense and he wants to play in the front foot and suits me down to the ground to go running all night.
