But amidst the hype, controversy erupts as reports of black marketing emerge in Chennai. Fans claim tickets are being sold illegally for ₹600, ₹1000, and even ₹4,500 in some theaters.
Meanwhile, the Tamil Nadu government has denied permission for early morning shows, citing safety concerns after a previous incident during Varisu in 2023. Hence, Coolie shows in TN will start only from 9 AM.
