01:37As a team, we want to improve the performance,

01:39and we know we're not where we need to be.

01:46The only other things to flag is Lando's contract.

01:53if there was any exit clauses,

01:55to which we said no.

01:57So I'm probably dead by the time

01:58your contract will be out.
