00:45Torres showed how the city's PNP station dispatched a unit to the alarm location in City Hall

00:53He said the use of the real-time maps, live monitoring equipment,
00:57and global position systems, or GPS, have afforded the police to track incidents in the real,
01:03cutting down response time and allowing quick, decisive action.
01:07Torres said the police from June 2 to August 10 had handled 3,500 911 calls received
01:14by their emergency response unit for a 94% success rate,
01:19assuring his commander-in-chief of even higher or better results moving forward.
