00:00You've spoken about why maybe America is hamstrung, but on a global scale, why are Israel's traditional allies also hamstrung?

00:11Why does the Western world in particular seem powerless to put some actual actions into the words that they've been saying?

00:20Well, don't depend on the so-called West. This is the first point.

00:25The West, as I've said, is experiencing the end of its centuries of domination.

00:35Psychologically, the U.S. is in the worst shape because it's the most unrealistic, but Europe is in bad shape also.

00:44Now, it's true. Even in Europe, we're seeing in Britain, amazingly,

00:50in Germany, which said it won't send military to Israel that could be used in Gaza.

00:57Of course, in France, saying that they'll recognize the state of Palestine.

01:01We're seeing some glimmers, but we're past the Western world.

01:06It's time, really, honestly, with all respect for the Arab world to lead right now on this issue

01:14and for the Arab countries led by Saudi Arabia, because Saudi Arabia clearly has the geopolitical lead

01:22on the Palestinian issue right now, to say no occupation and to mobilize France for that,

01:30because France is the co-chair of this implementation, mobilize the U.N. operations, mobilize the U.N. General Assembly.

01:39But also, one thing that's needed in politics is a specific plan of action.

01:45Here is what's going to happen this week, next week, the next week, the next week.

01:49This cannot be led left to the U.S. This can't be left to anybody.

01:55It has to be proposed now.

01:58I would say, starting with the KSA, but really with the Arab League,

02:06this is an Arab responsibility for Gaza.

02:09We will help to stabilize the situation.

02:13Israel must leave, according to the voice of the international community,

02:20the International Court of Justice, and basic human truth and decency,

02:27get out and stop starving two million people.
