00:25three minors who are members of the Daula Islamiyah Maute Group were arrested.
00:30According to PNP Chief Police General Nicolastore III, the group has been using minors.
00:35During the encounter, three other individuals were killed including a woman.
00:39Authorities were attempting to serve warrants of arrest for cases of homicide and murder.
00:43However, Amerol Usman, the alleged leader of the group along with others, escaped during the armed encounter.
