So whenever you're ready, grab your mat.

Let's get started right away in a downward dog.

Coming into your down dog.

And then just pausing here.

Maybe you have a deep or gentle bend in the knees.

And taking a big inhale.

Centering yourself in this space.

And bringing in some movement.
