Comelec opens voter registration during PVL quarterfinals at PhilSports Arena

The Commission on Elections (Comelec) launches its Special Register Anywhere Program (SRAP) at the PhilSports Arena in Pasig City during the knockout quarterfinals of the Premier Volleyball League (PVL) on Aug. 7, 2025. This gives volleyball fans access to register or update their voter IDs.
