00:00The United Kingdom has had free speech for a very, very long time.
00:03It's one of our defining values and we will protect it fiercely.
00:07But I said, but I'm also in favour of protecting our children.
00:11And I think that's really important.
00:12That's not a free speech issue as far as I'm concerned.
00:15And actually there was more agreement between me and the President than you might think
00:19because he too understands that you have to protect children.
00:23There's various measures they've taken in the US.
00:25And so I don't think we should just sort of have a blanket.
00:29It's a free speech issue.
00:31I think that when it comes to children and protecting them from real harm,
00:37real harm, including sexual exploitation, there's just got to be a clear line.
00:42We have to protect our children.
00:44Of course, at the same time as championing free speech more generally.
