I don't care if you're down south, up north, or under the ocean, you don't call a man (or woman) a pet name in front of their significant other, especially when you're at a job working for tips. That's just straight up disrespectful, tasteless, crude, annoying, and bad taste/judgement. I'm glad to see this server earned every penny of her tip.
