00:00Turn off your phone completely and connect it to the computer with your USB data cable.
00:14Now go to device manager, under other devices you'll see your phone being listed as two
00:20CDC devices if you don't have the drivers installed.
00:25Select the phone, for the drivers you'll need to download and install Samsung keys.
00:31You can get it from Samsung's official website.
00:35Download a version for your phone and windows.
00:40Then install it normally.
00:43Another way to get the drivers is to use windows update.
00:46Now that works mostly with windows 7 and 8.
00:50USB users will have to stick with Samsung keys.
00:55After installing keys, you don't have to run it.
00:58Just have to have it installed for the drivers.
01:03Now once that is done, reconnect your phone in the off state again and open device manager.
01:14In the USB devices list, you'll see your phone appear as Samsung mobile USB composite device.
01:21Which means your drivers have been installed and it's good to go.
01:25Now for those of whom this method doesn't work, you'll have to download this edited version
01:30of the drivers.
01:33You can get it from this link.
01:35I don't suggest you use it, but if you have to use it.
01:46Now you need Odin and the firmware packages for the process.
01:50This is Odin to the firmware package.
01:55You can get Odin from this link.
01:57It's very small in size.
02:03Now this is the firmware package that I have used.
02:07It's a modified version of the official firmware.
02:10If you don't want this, you can go to another site at Samsung updates and select your phone
02:18model and get all the firmwares you want.
02:21They keep original firmwares here.
02:24All the firmwares you can find for your phone official.
02:26You can download it according to your region or the android version.
02:30Make sure to select the region correctly while downloading the firmware.
02:34Now in the extracted firmware package, you can see three files CSC, modem and PDA.
02:41Go to the Odin folder.
02:46Run Odin.
02:48Now since my phone is connected, you can see it as being under com 9 here.
02:52Leave the rest of the settings to the default.
02:55You can see three buttons here, the PDA, phone and CSC.
03:02Select PDA, browse to the PDA file in the extracted firmware package.
03:08Select phone, select the modem file.
03:12Select CSC and the corresponding CSC file in the extracted list.
03:17Now once everything is done and set up, click on start.
03:21The whole process should take about one minute.
03:25Make sure that your phone doesn't get disconnected or this process disturbed because it could
03:30break your phone permanently.
03:31Now if there are any errors in the process, it will show up as message over here.
03:42Wait for it.
03:49That should be it.
03:52Okay, there you go.
03:54Now your flashed stock firmware to your phone.
03:58Now you can close this application.
04:00Disconnect the phone and the phone will reboot on its own.
04:04Now the booting process of the phone should take quite a long time, approximately 10 minutes
04:08or so, as it's supposed to happen during the first boot, so don't freak out.
