Beckett est un touriste américain qui est en Grèce avec sa petite amie. Après un terrible accident de route, un vrai cauchemar commence pour lui. Il se rend vite compte qu'il est livré à lui-même quand il se retrouve piégé dans un dangereux complot politique et au cœur d'une véritable chasse à l'homme.
