Transcript
00:00Yes, sir.
00:01Thanks, Tammy.
00:02Yesterday, Speaker Johnson was in the West Bank, which he referred to as Judea and Samaria,
00:07and said that it rightfully belongs to the Jewish people.
00:10Is that official U.S. policy?
00:12And if it's not, what is U.S. policy towards the West Bank?
00:16Well, I have said this about other diplomats who've spoken their minds, including Ambassador
00:23Huckabee.
00:25Certainly, that's not – if there's a policy in that regard, you would hear it from
00:32me.
00:33So I think I can say that.
00:35I'm not going to speak for him or characterize his words in any certain ways, but clearly
00:40that is his opinion.
00:41But it's not the opinion of the U.S. government?
00:44Well, I'm not going to speak about opinion of the government.
00:48And if there's a policy regarding the status in any region of the world, but certainly
00:53in the Middle East, I would wait to hear it from Secretary Rubio and President Trump.
00:58All right.
00:59All right.
01:00Yes, sir.
01:01Alec.
