Massive flash flooon wreaked havoc in Uttarkashi's Dharali village after a cloudburst near Kheer Ganga river. Several homes, roads, and nearly 50 hotels have been swept away. At least 4 people have died and many are feared trapped. NDRF, SDRF, and Army rescue operations are underway.
