These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area.
This video will show you one of the drug addict street bum organized harassment, gangstalking perpetrators having a mental meltdown and flailing arms, swearing, screaming at the sky. You can even see the drug addict street bum hyperactively moving around some trees and bushes next the the two parking lots. You can not miss his hyper frenzy. The music covers up what he was yelling about, but I could make out some words such as, "why, a spy, fuck fuck fuck". The rest of the drug addict rant was unintelligible even in silence and closer to the action. There are reasons why the drug addict perp was so distressed.
The corrupt organized harassment, gangstalking perp handlers, dirty officials in government/corporations, will often use favors, drugs, sex, dirty money, gift cards, time off from prison, and others, to get all levels of society to become gangstalking perps and collaborators with bribes.
The drug addict street bum was probably paid off by dirty officials and perp handlers with cash, drugs, favors to loiter around and be a barely functional gangstalking perp spy. That drug addict street bum probably got told by other perps that I was former Federal Government functionary from a national defence/national security related department? That was why he was freaking out and screaming the, "a spy".
Since I am also a apartment building owner landlord's kid, with official and politician friends and acquaintances from different departments, the drug addict perp and the other perps feel uneasy. The druggy perp did not want to be there, but his addictive needs over powered his logical thinking abilities and now he is anxious.
This type of character was previously mentioned by me in an earlier video. My apartment landlord mother had a tribe of these dysfunctional drug addict deadbeats as problematic tenants. They caused inter tenant conflicts, did theft, noise complaints, frequent police/fire/ambulance visits, always late paying rent or not at all. My mother was not as successful a business person because she was too nice and not ruthless enough. The Dark Triad personality traits of psychopathy, narcissism, and Machiavellianism are necessary for success in business, politics, and even dating sexual market value. Nice guys always finish last, as nobody respects doormats.
That other similar type drug addict bum and his equally loser friends were known to some of my international Targeted Inidividuals groups, anti corruption groups, constitutional rights auditor groups, and other allied groups. They later told me that the drug addict street bum former tenant was found face down in the city harbour all overdosed and drowned. He and his loser tribe caused me to give up social times with my friends, landlord mother had me clean up mess.
