00:00This is the Fu lamp, an ambient light made from linglong porcelain.
00:13My name is Ivan, a Prada designer.
00:16The first time I saw linglong porcelain, it glow like jade with light shining through.
00:22Those glowing patterns are tiny openings, carved by hand, then filled with dozens of layers of glaze.
00:30I wanted to bring that glow to life, to take this craft from the museum into everyday living.
00:36Together with artisans, we began creating the Fu lamp.
00:41After 5 years of trials and breakthroughs, we pushed the boundaries of what this craft could achieve.
00:47Each lamp requires 16 steps and 5 rounds of kiln firing.
00:52Even with improved piercing techniques and glaze formulas, each lamp still takes nearly a month to complete.
00:59Rooted in craftsmanship, designed for life, the Fu lamp features 3-level touch dimming on the porcelain surface,
01:07and a rechargeable design that moves with you, from reading corners to dinner tables, wherever you are.
01:14Fu means blessing, its light and its wish.
01:18I hope you are joining us on this journey.
01:21Bring the warm glow of porcelain art into your home.
01:24Together, we let this ancient craft glow again.
01:28and we are closing the gap.
01:31And we will close the gap of the colors.
01:34Tensi to the moon the music and the beautiful author,
01:37to dissolve the beauty of the star again.
01:39And we will follow the star again.
