03:05The system detects waste hotspots, each one marked in red.

03:09These satellite images don't just reveal dumping zones.

03:13They also help track floods, forest fires and other environmental threats across Kazakhstan.

03:18At the very beginning, when we started our project, the space monitoring program,

03:23we have detected more than 9,000 solid waste formations over 60 cities in Kazakhstan.

03:33We are delivering data to the state authorities and the state authorities are working with the local administrations.
