00:03These corn ribs are spicy, tangy and so flavorful.
00:07A fun snack to have in these monsoon season.
00:09They are very easily made.
00:11So for this we will take sweet corn and cut them like this with a sharp knife.
00:16Now we will fry them until crispy and golden brown.
00:20Now you can bake or then air fry.
00:22We will toss them with a simple spice mix.
00:24We will toss them with Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, Chak Masala and Namak.
00:30I will mix them well with tomato, ketchup and peri-peri sauce.
00:35Brush them on all the corn ribs.
00:37Sprinkle some oregano in there and they are ready to serve.
