00:00Patuloy na minomonitor ng Philippine Coast Guard ang tatlong Chinese research vessel na pumasok sa loob ng Exclusive Economic Zone ng Pilipinas.

00:09Naunang namonitor ang Bay Diaw 996 na nasa 185 nautical miles mula sa Sambales.

00:17June 25 naman, pumasok ang Zhang Yanghong Ten at Sun Haiyun sa EEC ng bansa.

00:23Sabi ng PCG, posibleng nagsasagawa ng illegal maritime scientific research ang mga barko ng China.

00:31Ang Zhang Yanghong Ten ay may kakayahang magsagawa ng deep sea surveys, habang ang June Haiyun ay isang unmanned drone carrier.

00:41Kahapon ay nasa 195 at 192 nautical miles mula sa Rizal, Palawan ang dalawang research vessel.

00:48We would like to believe na magkasama sila ngayon, but the difference between the two Chinese research vessels,

00:57itong si Zhang Yanghong Ten ay umikot siya sa Balagtasli and it entered our Exclusive Economic Zone sa may west of Luzon.

01:12And ngayon, kasama niya yung naunang Chinese research vessel na sinabi ko.

01:18Muli rin bumalik sa Bajo de Masinloc ang tatlong barko ng Chinese Coast Guard na umalis sa lugar dahil sa nagdaang bagyo.

01:26Samantala, sa isang press conference sa Beijing, sinabi ni Senior Colonel Zhang Xiaogang,

01:33tagapagsalita ng Chinese Ministry of National Defense,

01:36na ang Pilipinas umano ang pinagmumula ng kaguluhan at panganib sa South China Sea.

01:42Reaksyon nito ng China sa paglipat ng atensyon ng militar ng bansa sa external threats

01:48at patuloy na pagpapalalim ng alyansang militar sa Estados Unidos, Australia, Japan at India.

02:16Giit naman ang tagapagsalita ng Philippine Coast Guard sa isyo ng West Philippine Sea,

02:22ang China ang bully at naguudyok ng gulo sa rehyon.

02:26Alam naman natin na ang Philippine Coast Guard vessels ang nakaranas ng bullying sa parte ng pagpapatulya natin sa West Philippine Sea.

02:35Tayo, naka-experience tayo ng water cannon, ramming and even dangerous maneuver ng Chinese Coast Guard.

02:43Subalit ayon sa Philippine Coast Guard, sa kabila ng mga panghaharas na ito,

02:48nananatili silang mahinahon at hindi sinasabayan ang mga pambubuyo ng China.

02:54But despite of all this, the Pilipine Coast Guard still maintained professionalism.

02:59We never responded to such bullying tactics ng People's Republic of China.

03:05As a matter of fact, ang Philippine Coast Guard ay umaayon sa guidance ng ating pangulo ng pagpipimpi.

03:12It is not the Philippine Coast Guard that initiates itong mga agresibong paggalaw ng China,

03:19but we're only on the receiving end.

03:21Ayon kay Commodore Tariela, patuloy nilang China challenge ang mga pahayag ng China

03:26sa tuwing nagsasagawa o mano sila ng mga maritime law enforcement sa West Philippine Sea.

03:32Every time that they claim na sinasabi nilang they are conducting maritime law enforcement

03:38in different waters in the West Philippine Sea.

03:41Ang Philippine Coast Guard, we always see to it na chine-challenge natin yan.

03:45We are highlighting the fact that it is not part of the maritime jurisdiction of the People's Republic of China

03:53and that they do not have authority to conduct such maritime law enforcement patuloy.

03:59Para naman sa isang maritime law expert, ang pahayag ng China na ito ay pagpapakita ng kanilang desperasyon.

04:07Alam naman anya ng karamihan ang China ang totoong gumagawa ng gulo.

04:12Ayon kay Prof. J. Batong Bakal, hindi naman kasi ang Pilipinas ang nakikialam sa mapayapang paghahanap buhay

04:20ng mga manging isda sa West Philippine Sea o kaya'y nanghahabol o nagbabanta sa mga barko ng ibang bansa.

04:27I think it highlights also their kind of desperation din eh.

04:31They know that most well-meaning nations who know what's going on,

04:39they know that they understand the Philippines' position and that the Philippines is on the right.
