00:00Dear gentle reader,
00:03it is time that I tell my side of the story.
00:11On Halloween Eve,
00:14a relentless melancholy enveloped me,
00:18for I realized I was the only living thing.
00:22Walking amongst the dead,
00:25I saw that every grimy corner of the city was filled with listless, lifeless automatons.
00:36And I wondered why do they not all just kill themselves?
00:47What do you want?
00:49What a beautiful dress.
00:51Shall we play some bridge?
00:53Mother,
00:57Can't play bridge, you have no hands.
01:02To avert my mind from turning upon itself,
01:06I fashioned a fearsome brood.
01:09Keep your trap shut,
01:12Mom, busy boy.
01:17Back to business.
01:19I'm on to something.
01:25Do you think that I'd forgotten?
01:31I missed that dog.
01:33Yes, I know, I know.
01:45I know what you're saying.
01:46I know exactly what you're saying.
01:48Do you think I'm stupid?
01:51I know.
01:56Nope.
01:57Shush.
01:58It's not enough now.
01:59A little more.
02:00I know.
02:01Of course it's dangerous.
02:02Maybe.
02:03Ahhhhhhhh.
02:08Machy.
02:09Ahhhhhhhahaha.
02:18sonage.
02:20And to my surprise, I was struck with a glorious vision.
02:40I descended down the spider's thread into the trench of hell.
02:52Contrary to the craft depictions, I found it to be a magical place, bursting forth with profound beauty.
03:01The lower I dare travel. I am taller than this. The more lovely and sublime it became.
03:12I saw the kingdom of plants, wherein the more there was fornication, copulation, the greater the abundance, variance and radiance.
03:25I saw the kingdom of animals, you say, out of my bloody head.
03:34Where if the more savage and brutal the survival dance between predator and prey, the more exquisite and genius and noble the creature.
03:50Then, I saw the kingdom of man, each eye revealing a different London.
03:59In my left eye, I saw a city mired in the bleak misery of perpetual cruel stasis.
04:09In my right eye, I saw a city glowing with the eternal fire of ingenuity and bathing in the light of creation.
04:24It was then that I knew I was ready to work.
04:32I was ready to go.
