00:05that actually increases their year-on-year income, which is the most important thing.

00:10And in all of the deals that we do, we ensure that our farmers are the central focus for much of it,

00:20because I don't think we can go on for years saying that it's acceptable for farmers

00:27to have a year-on-year income, which isn't sufficient.

00:30We've got to fix that problem.

00:32We can't simply live with that problem.

00:34So it's a very different situation.

00:35Well, we ended the estate tax.

00:37There is no estate tax on farmers.

00:40So when a parent leaves their farm, because, again, a lot of these farms,

00:45they don't make a lot of money, but it's a way of life, and they love their way of life,

00:49and they love that dirt.

00:51The dirt is the most beautiful thing they've ever seen.

00:53They love it.

00:54I mean, they're farmers.

00:54They love doing it.

00:55They don't know how to do anything else, but they don't want to do anything else.

00:59I speak to farmers.

01:05No, sir, I want this farm.

01:06And what happens is, I mean, we were losing a lot of people to suicide.

01:12They'd borrow money to pay the estate tax, and they were not able to pay it.

01:18And some banks are ruthless.

01:20They wouldn't do anything, and they would end up committing suicide.

01:23We have totally ended the estate tax in those situations, so there's no estate tax.
