00:00This is a very ambitious project. It's probably now the biggest private development in the world,
00:06with the ambition to build 25 million meters in total, of which we've only built 10%.
00:11I think two main things inspired me.
00:19My father, who was always an inspiration of a successful entrepreneur,
00:23and I always wanted to live up to the image, so his education, I've chosen to study business and finance.
00:29And Elvis Presley, who inspired me to become a musician. I'm a big fan.
00:38One of my projects is starting tomorrow, which is Dreamfest, which is one of the biggest festivals with over 100 artists performing.
00:51Without the music, I don't think I could have done what I've done in terms of business,
00:53because it gives me another side to life, touring and meeting the fans and performing or writing music or recording music.
01:00I really enjoy the process, and it puts me in a completely different stage when I do that,
01:07not business-minded, where you have numbers and meetings and obligations. Music gives you freedom.
01:13I think this project is so unique and cool, like a new resort, Echo City, that you can take it anywhere in the world.
01:24And I think this is the most exciting part of the project now, is to take it global.
01:29I have over 7,000 people working for me here at Seabreeze with me.
01:32And all of them, 99% of them, are locals.
01:37So the work ethics in Azerbaijan is very high.
01:41And in terms of construction, all my construction guys are locals.
01:45And it's really easier for me to work with the locals rather than with the foreigners,
01:50simply for the mentality aspects.
01:52Those that work with me at Seabreeze are happy to work for this project because it evolves, it changes, it grows.
01:59I think Seabreeze had played a big role in the past few years in terms of awareness of Azerbaijan,
02:06of the country, wanting to come visit here and just noticing it on the map.
02:12And with the iconic projects that we're trying to create here,
02:15we kind of chose the similar path that Dubai has done 25 years ago,
02:18when we build the Burj Arab, then there's a Burj Khalifa, then there's the Palm Island 1, Palm Island 2.
02:26It makes people want to visit the country, firstly, for the tourism purposes,
02:32to see all those exciting projects.
02:34And I think we can replicate that in many ways in Azerbaijan here,
02:38considering it's a very small country, under 10 million.
02:41But I think that tourist potential for the region is endless.
02:44Believe in what you do, even if nobody around believes in you.
02:48And, you know, continue working every day, brick by brick, building your dreams.
02:53And that's, I think, key to success.
