00:00It's a tough, tough start against Brican last week, they were a good side and I expect the same for

00:04Banks of Dean, they're a really good side as well, but we just had a bit of guile about us and a bit

00:08between our teeth and we scored with Liam Harvey, really good goal and kind of galvanised us a wee

00:14bit in, boys defended for life at times there in the game and I thought we deserved it to be honest,

00:18I thought we played some good football at times, boys worked hard and I say we get rewards for

00:21hard work so delighted to get three points for the start of the season. He's controlled for us

00:26going forward and lacking goals and he's scored tonight and he's done excellent in the game,

00:29he's worked hard for the team both ways and that's really good but it's great to start off our very

00:32first home game of the season, we'll win our first home game so that's a good present start for the

00:36season. Just fresh faces, fresh blood into the team and there's competition for places as well,

00:40there's a few boys that supported and never played tonight but that's our way to manage it,

00:44we've got a lot of games coming up and everybody will be used and it's a squad game so I thought

00:47we've done really well so delighted. You've taken in some Aberdeen lads as well and we saw Tristan come

00:52on tonight and it looked very impressive. He was very impressive, I thought he worked his socks off,

00:57just a young lad and can try to learn a game at an adult level and he really applied himself and

01:02I thought he was excellent throughout the 10-15 minutes he was on there and hopefully gets more

01:07minutes and does well but he's set a good start for himself also so it's good. I'm confident we can

01:12match MD in our day if we work really hard, it's a competitive league but if we follow our tactics

01:18and apply ourselves properly I think we can win any game. I always think we can win no matter who it is

01:22so but the night we've applied ourselves really well and we've got a result we've waited so it's great.
