Rahul Gandhi has fulfilled his promise by providing financial support to children in Poonch who lost parents during Pakistani shelling in Operation Sindoor.

00:03shelling during Operation Sindur in Jammu and Kashmir's Poonch district.

00:10The Congress party extended the financial help at the instructions of Rahul Gandhi.

00:13Interestingly, Gandhi was also the first leader to visit Poonch after Operation Sindur on 24th

00:18May 2025.

00:25Under this initiative, the Congress party will sponsor the education of 30 children

00:29till the higher secondary level.

00:30Each student will get Rs 40,000 as the first installment.

00:33Families of the victims appreciated the leader of opposition's gesture.

00:36Earlier, on 30th May 2025, Home Minister Amit Shah had also handed over government

00:41job appointment letters to families of victims of cross-border fire in Poonch.
