00:24if i posted a picture of my physique and do i come off as arrogant or like how are people going
00:30to react and in hindsight i'm thinking about it post post like this is my life this is my story
00:37because i think it's really easy to like kind of be really hard on yourself when you're seeing yourself
00:42and hearing yourself and doing all these things from like every angle possible and you just start
00:48thinking like oh no like whoa but i think just like being like you know a little easier on yourself
00:54yeah limit your screen time for sure um interact with the world get outside like i went on a fly
01:01fishing trip a couple weeks after i got out of the villa and that like helped a lot staying true
01:07to you and doing what makes you happy taking everything with a pinch of salt you're not going
01:11to please everybody everyone's going to have an opinion and that's one thing that i've learned coming
01:14out of this like everyone has an opinion a lot of people saying like why the hell do i have a mustache
01:19you know you know i like the mustache that's the nice ones
