00:00The Pacific Tsunami Warning Center has downgraded the forecast from a tsunami warning to a tsunami advisory.

00:06There may be flooding of beach or harbor areas.

00:09Those who have evacuated may safely return home.

00:11We will open up all commercial harbors for traffic again.

00:15So right now those are beginning and we are working very efficiently

00:18and it's going to happen concurrently throughout all commercial ports in the Hawaiian Islands

00:23to mitigate disruption to the maritime transportation system.
