00:00Previously on The Amazing Race Canada.
00:03I'm rich.
00:05Nine teams belted out a ballot in B.C.
00:07No one will ever take your place.
00:10Let's go and win this race.
00:12I think we just vote for Jesse and Jonathan.
00:13First back-to-back is crazy.
00:16Brothers E.B. and Blake led the charge to take out big threats at the U-turn vote.
00:20You could give us the express pass and we'd burn it.
00:22But Jesse and Jonathan managed to negotiate an express pass.
00:26I like to turn this express pass.
00:27To overcome their U-turn, taking first place for the third time in a row.
00:31Booyah!
00:32Louie! Louie!
00:34While the shootout slipped Louie and Marie into the penalty box,
00:36they saved themselves with their second express pass.
00:39Thank you very much.
00:40We're not last! We're not last!
00:43Forgetful, forgetful like us.
00:45Cutting the race short for Osas and Asosa.
00:48The whole point of this was just to travel around with my brother and enjoy Canada.
00:53Now, eight teams remain as they race to win.
00:56What?
00:56The 2025 Chevrolet Blazer EVSS.
01:00A trip for two around the world.
01:03A quarter of a million dollars cash from Canada's favorite, Fuse Iced Tea.
01:07And the amazing Race Canada.
01:15Jesse and Jonathan won the last leg of the race and will depart first at 2.22 p.m.
01:20Crossed the Arctic Circle and fly to Inuvik Northwest Territory?
01:26Oh my God!
01:27200 kilometers north of the Arctic Circle are Inuvik and Toktoyoktuk Northwest Territories.
01:32Today, these will explore the ancestral lands of the Inuvialuit, the Gwich'in and the Métis people of the Northwest Territory and race to Canada's third coast as the adventure of a lifetime continues on the Amazing Race Canada.
01:46Oh my God, John, we're going to go to the Northwest Territory!
01:50That is wild.
01:51It makes me so happy that we pushed our way through that U-turn and that it did not take us out.
01:55We're going to the Arctic!
01:57Oh my gosh!
01:59I'm so stoked.
02:00This was one of the places that I wanted to see on the race.
02:03This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
02:05Yeah.
02:06I'm from the Northwest Territory, so I'm very excited to go back home.
02:08I haven't been to Inuvik as an adult.
02:10It'll be interesting to see, like, the feelings it brings up.
02:13My mother, my aunts, and my uncles all got sent away to Inuvik to attend residential school.
02:18It's a mix of emotions to be there.
02:23This is gonna be rad.
02:24Last leg, we finished fifth, but we had a double U-turn, so I'm feeling pretty proud of us.
02:30We crushed.
02:31This is gonna be, like, so extreme.
02:33Let's go, baby, Arctic!
02:36We're starting the leg in sixth place, which is definitely the lowest position we've been in so far.
02:40Jesse and Jonathan won the first three legs, so someone's got to take them out.
02:44Let's go see some penguins.
02:45What do we got in the Arctic?
02:46No, penguins are Antarctic.
02:47Oh, okay, okay.
02:48I'm just so excited.
02:50I can't believe this game.
02:52So the last time I was in Inuvik Northwest Territories, we performed at their school.
02:56We're both youth mentors.
02:58We want to be that representation, a source of inspiration and hope that we didn't really
03:04see when we were their age.
03:06NWT, here we come!
03:08Masicho, which means thank you.
03:11Yee-haw!
03:12Let's go!
03:13Let's go!
03:14We're gonna cross the Arctic Circle.
03:17That's definitely bucket list.
03:19We gave away the extra Express Pass to Jesse and Jonathan, so they owe us a favor.
03:24Welcome!
03:25How you doing, my darling?
03:28Do you know what I'm going with the Express Pass right now?
03:30No.
03:31I'm curious to know, like, what's going on.
03:34Obviously, Louie and Marie were back of the pack last leg.
03:36We assume they used theirs, but I just want to know what happened with their second Express
03:40Pass because I'm hearing word of it potentially having gone to Jesse and Jonathan.
03:44Ah!
03:45That's what...
03:46Yeah, bro.
03:47That's what I'm trying to figure out, right?
03:48No!
03:49They've won the first two legs.
03:50You can't give them an Express Pass.
03:53This will go down as the dumbest move in the Amazing Race Canada history.
03:58Let's go!
04:00Races are traveling on two different flights.
04:02Hi, Mom!
04:03Based on their arrival at the airport...
04:04To Inuvik!
04:05Friday!
04:06...with four teams on each flight.
04:08Let's go to the Arctic, eh?
04:10Yeah!
04:11Oh, yeah, baby!
04:12Let's go!
04:14Now, teams are flying over 2,100 kilometers from Vancouver via Yellowknife to Inuvik landing
04:2115 minutes apart.
04:22When they land, they'll find a taxi and head to the Ingamo Hall Friendship Center to join
04:28a celebration of spring known as the Muskrat Jamboree.
04:32Named after this northern delicacy, Muskrat.
04:36Yummy!
04:37Once they feast on a traditional plate of muck tuck, caribou, reindeer steak, and muskrat,
04:42they'll receive their next clue.
04:44Here we go, here we go!
04:55Oh, my God!
04:56We are up north.
04:57Okay.
04:58Can we get a cab?
04:59Let's go, baby.
05:00Let's find a cab.
05:01Can we get a cab?
05:02Thank you!
05:03We are on a race.
05:04Let's go.
05:05We're going to the Ingamo Hall Friendship Center.
05:07Lacey's vegan, so that creates some challenges.
05:12Excited to represent my NWT relatives on this leg.
05:16The Arctic is so cool, and I'm here for it.
05:19You must eat all the food on both of your plates.
05:21It doesn't matter how much each partner eats from each plate.
05:23If you're able to wait for us, that would be amazing.
05:26Yeah.
05:27Thank you, Mohammed.
05:28Okay.
05:29Here we go.
05:34Hi.
05:35Let's grab a table.
05:36Hi.
05:37Great.
05:38Amazing.
05:39Thank you so much.
05:40What is that?
05:41Oh, look at whale.
05:42Yes.
05:43Yes.
05:44Oh, wow.
05:45You're fast.
05:46Let's go.
05:47It's date night.
05:48What's muskrat?
05:49What does that mean?
05:50A chicken?
05:51It's like chicken.
05:52Not really.
05:53It's a rat.
05:54Don't worry, baby.
05:55Just don't think about it.
05:56Come on.
05:57Faster.
05:58That one is muskrat.
05:59I've had muskrat before.
06:00We've needed this.
06:01Yeah.
06:02Mmm.
06:04I don't know if I can.
06:06Don't worry.
06:07It's okay.
06:08This is a caribou rib.
06:09Since I was 12.
06:10I am very thankful for Celia for stepping up to the plate.
06:16I just have to eat both plates.
06:18I'll eat it.
06:19It's okay.
06:20All right.
06:21Check.
06:22Check.
06:23Congratulations.
06:24Oh, my God.
06:25Thank you so much.
06:26Check.
06:27Check.
06:28Check.
06:29Check.
06:30Check.
06:31I will be back for math.
06:33That was delicious.
06:34Detour.
06:35Gantharanze or Iviksirak.
06:38In this detour, these powers of observation will be put to the test as they assemble a traditional toy or learn an endangered language.
06:47It's their call.
06:49Or.
06:51Holy doodle.
06:54Ivexagak requires teams to locate the Anubic Native Band headquarters, where they'll find the Anubialuit Toy Workshop.
07:02These toys are designed for kids to develop skills necessary for survival in the North.
07:06Ooh, almost.
07:10Once teams assemble five Ivexagak toys, play the game, and deliver them to five different locations, they'll receive their next clue.
07:20Once spoken across the Western Arctic, Gwich'in is now one of the most endangered indigenous languages in the country.
07:28Gwinsidichu, thank you very much.
07:30In Gatrunitanzi, teams must locate the East 3 Elementary School and pay close attention to the teacher.
07:36Gwich'in Dante, Gwich'in.
07:38In Gwich'in Dutra, Gwich'in.
07:40To learn enough Gwich'in words to answer two questions from a community elder.
07:44When they've had a nice little chat, Sarah the Gwich'in elder will give them their next clue.
07:49Let's learn.
07:50Let's learn.
07:51Mo.
07:52Hi.
07:52Gwich'in.
07:53Okay.
07:53Let's go from Gwich'in.
07:54Yep.
07:54We're leaving in first.
07:55That's the dream.
07:56Hey, Mo.
07:57Are you able to just keep waiting for us?
07:59Okay.
08:00We are headed to the school detour to learn Gwich'in.
08:03They have similar words to my language, which is the slave-y dialect of Dene.
08:07It's very different.
08:09But we'll see.
08:11Let's go.
08:12Let's go.
08:12Let's go.
08:13Let's grab this cab.
08:13Taxi.
08:14Let's go.
08:15Babe.
08:16Is this one open?
08:17We need a different taxi.
08:18Masi, Joe.
08:19Masi, Joe.
08:21Community feast.
08:22Let's go.
08:22Here we come, baby.
08:23See any taxis over there?
08:25We waved at those guys first.
08:27We're in Inuvik Northwest Territories, baby.
08:30Let's go.
08:31We're last coming out of the plane, but I think there's two teams behind us.
08:35Give your name.
08:36It's for Joe.
08:37Can you make sure it's just for us or name's Evie and Blake?
08:41I guess we're waiting.
08:44Let's go.
08:46Last one.
08:47Come on, babe.
08:48You can do it.
08:48Let's feast.
08:49All right.
08:49Where's the great food, chef?
08:51I'm not going to make myself sick.
08:54I'm taking too big a bite today.
08:56Do we have to eat both plates?
08:57Mm-hmm.
08:58Can we get a check?
08:59Congratulations.
09:02Go, go, go.
09:03Okay.
09:04Let's do the 21.
09:05Check.
09:05Congratulations.
09:07Here's your next one.
09:08Let's go.
09:09This is hard to swallow.
09:12We're heading to the school.
09:14For the youth.
09:17We have to study.
09:20Okay.
09:21Stay in school.
09:22We're going to learn the Gwich'in language.
09:24The elder, they're going to ask you any one of these questions.
09:27If she says Taunyanji, you will say Shuri.
09:34Shuri.
09:35Shuri.
09:36Your name?
09:37Jonathan.
09:38Vilji.
09:39Vilji.
09:40Taunyanji.
09:41Shuri, Rebecca, Vilji.
09:43Babe, there's so many people there.
09:45Let's go.
09:46Man, seeing all these little indigenous kids learning the Gwich'in language reminds me of
09:52my grandparents teaching me the Cree language.
09:55Them keeping that language and tradition going, it means the world to me.
09:59It's amazing being up here.
10:03Good job.
10:06Let's go try it.
10:07Each of us has to answer a question, but they could be any of the ones on the board.
10:32That's not right.
10:33That's not right.
10:34You'll have to go back and practice some more.
10:37Okay.
10:41Where we going, baby?
10:43Behind the building.
10:44Let's go.
10:45Hello.
10:45Come right this way.
10:47So this is a game.
10:48It's called Iveksarat in my language.
10:50Here's the bone and here's the stick.
10:52Make the five toys and then you're going to each swing the bone and you have to land outside
10:58on one of the holes.
10:59So we need to build five of these toys, play the game with our toy, and then we've got
11:05to deliver all five toys to five different locations.
11:07I feel like I'm Noel Noel, getting the kids ready for the big day.
11:11I'm not eating it.
11:18I don't eat meat.
11:19I don't want to watch my sister cry while she's eating.
11:24Oh, yeah.
11:25Chef.
11:26Chef, we're done.
11:27Congratulations.
11:28Thank you very much.
11:30Can I have a plate to go, please?
11:33Oh, yeah.
11:35Okay.
11:35Just come on.
11:36Keep going.
11:37I can see Celia.
11:39She's struggling.
11:39She's struggling.
11:41I have two daughters myself and my dad heart kicked in.
11:45Let's go, Lou.
11:45You've got this.
11:46From day one, we felt very connected to Lou and Marie.
11:50I need to give Lou the biggest hug.
11:52Just coming in with sweating.
11:55The meat sweats are already going.
11:57I love you.
11:59You got this, girls.
12:01You got this.
12:02Get out of here.
12:03Chef.
12:04Congratulations.
12:05Thank you so much.
12:09There's no taxes left at the airport, so we're just trying to get one before Grace and
12:12Jo get one.
12:14I'm telling you, they're going to run ahead.
12:16Well, what do you want to do?
12:17Go over here for them.
12:18I mean, we gave our names, unless they're just going to steal it.
12:22Taxi.
12:22Taxi.
12:23There's one.
12:24Run up and see what the name is.
12:25Oh, thank you so much.
12:26Thanks, brother.
12:27What's your name?
12:28Blake and Joe.
12:29Thanks.
12:30What was the name?
12:32When Ebi and I get into this cab, I say that our names are Blake and Joe.
12:37Was it for Joe or was it for Joe?
12:39It was for Joe?
12:40Let's go.
12:40We're in a race against these guys, bro.
12:41We got to go.
12:44I'll go with the other guy's name.
12:45Um, yeah, there's two Joes.
12:52Well, we're in last.
12:53We couldn't travel all this way and then already be done.
12:57Ah.
12:57I thought that we would still go by whoever's name was on the cab.
13:06I guess it's getting to that point.
13:08Delicious.
13:09Ooh.
13:10We love it here, baby.
13:12We have so much respect for Grace and Joe as racers, but I don't feel bad for stealing
13:17their cab because this is the Amazing Race Canada.
13:19That's just the name of the game, baby.
13:21Can we get a check, please?
13:22Check, please.
13:23Yeah!
13:25We love you a new bed!
13:27Detour.
13:28We're doing school, baby.
13:29Let's go.
13:29Let's go learn!
13:31Hi, guys.
13:32Let's make some toys for kids or what?
13:34You're going to make five.
13:36After you're done, each of you have to land one.
13:39Okay.
13:39Beautiful.
13:39This is great.
13:40We're building toys.
13:41Is that the last one?
13:41Yeah.
13:42Now you're all done?
13:43Yeah.
13:44You can each take one.
13:45Once you got it, just keep it there.
13:47Ooh, that wasn't even close.
13:50Aika and Dimitri, let's go!
13:53Yeah!
13:53Woo-hoo!
13:54Got it.
13:55Any strategy, baby?
13:56Take a short one.
13:57You could definitely do it.
13:59Got it.
14:00Now here, you have to deliver to each of these five places.
14:04Okay, no problem.
14:06Come on, we've got this, Luke.
14:07We're done.
14:08Five, so we got to play.
14:09We got to get it in.
14:10Oh!
14:11Yay!
14:11Got it?
14:13Damn, that's hard.
14:16Hello.
14:17Delivering toys.
14:18We'll give you that one.
14:19And for a receipt, please.
14:20Thank you so much.
14:23This one.
14:24Where?
14:25Right here.
14:26Right here, the library.
14:27We're delivering toys for kids.
14:28Amazing.
14:29Thank you very much.
14:30Thank you so much.
14:31Two receipts, and we have three left.
14:32Three more to go.
14:33I speak Dene.
14:48Easy peasy, baby.
14:50I don't have it.
14:53It's okay.
14:53That's okay.
14:54Sorry.
14:55I speak Dene.
15:02I thought it was definitely going to benefit me.
15:03It's just a completely different language.
15:06Let's try it.
15:06Do you want to try it?
15:07Yeah.
15:08Take it.
15:08Thank you so much.
15:23This is amazing.
15:25It's a roadblock.
15:27Who has an eye for the Arctic?
15:30In this roadblock, one racer will go full speed ahead on an Arctic dog sled.
15:36Yee-hoo!
15:37At the Arctic Chalet, teams will steer their furry friends and their sled through this three-kilometer trail,
15:44where they'll encounter some local wildlife.
15:48A lynx!
15:49Once they've correctly named all seven animal renderings on the trail,
15:53in the exact order, Leah will give them their next clue.
15:56Right, Sycamore?
15:57Yeah, I know.
15:58Okay, let's go, let's go.
16:00John is doing this one.
16:01Hey, Mo.
16:03We see a taxi.
16:04We're going to be out of here.
16:06We're going to the Friendship Center.
16:08Let's jump in.
16:09We can only hope that there's challenges up ahead.
16:17Yep.
16:17Hi, we're delivering toys.
16:21Thank you so much.
16:24Oh, damn it.
16:25You got this, Lou.
16:25If I got it, you're going to get it.
16:28Yeah.
16:29Oh, yeah.
16:29Let's go.
16:30Delivery location.
16:32You got to wait for me.
16:34Toy delivery.
16:35Thank you so much, my good friend.
16:37Santa is coming to town, baby.
16:40Hello.
16:41So here's your next clue.
16:43Thank you so much.
16:44Roadblock.
16:47Who has an eye for the Arctic?
16:49I do.
16:51This is so freaking cool.
16:53Arctic Shelley.
16:54Please, please wait.
16:55Please don't leave us.
16:56We love you, Mo.
16:58On Dasher and Dancer.
17:00This is so cool.
17:00I'm about to drive a dog sled.
17:02Most Canadians would never get this opportunity, and we're going to do it together.
17:07That's special.
17:08Like, life's changing.
17:10Ah!
17:11Look at those puppies.
17:12Woo!
17:12Oh, no screaming around dogs.
17:16No!
17:17No, you have them with beautiful eyes.
17:20I'm just going to look at these references before I go along the way, just so I know what
17:23I'm looking for, and I know what their names are.
17:26Excuse me.
17:27I'm a corgi at home that I love so much.
17:28This is making me miss my little dog.
17:30He is louder than all of these dogs combined.
17:35Go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go.
17:37Hello.
17:39Welcome.
17:40Looks interesting.
17:41We let the restaurant to ourselves.
17:42Yeah, I don't see anybody else around us, but...
17:44You're eating very politely.
17:47Nichen Tante Gwichen.
17:49Toronto Dundichu.
17:50Uh-huh.
17:51Ah!
17:52Oh, I can't do this with all the noise.
17:56Charlottetown Dundichu?
17:58We want to get this done in one try.
18:02We're taking the time to learn the lesson and get the answers right.
18:06Let's go try.
18:07Nichen Tante Gwichen.
18:10Charlottetown Dundichu?
18:14Nichen Tante Gwichen.
18:17Nichen Tante Gwichen.

18:28Edmonton Dundichu.
18:29Uh-huh.
18:31Daunai-shi.
18:33Shuri Nithi Vilji.
18:35Congratulations.
18:38Mercy, mercy, mercy.
18:41Danchu.
18:43Gwensi Dichu.
18:44Yeah!
18:45Congratulations!
18:50Daunai-shi.
18:51Shuri Rebecca Vilji.
18:54Congratulations!
18:54Congratulations!
18:54Oh, my God!
18:56Oh, my God!
18:56I love you!
18:58Let's see you guys.
18:58Let's see you.
18:59Let's see you.
19:01Let's go.
19:02Lou, I'm so sorry, but you have to wait for me.
19:05Lou!
19:06Lou.
19:07Just waiting for my associate.
19:08Won't be long.
19:10There you go.
19:11Thank you so much.
19:12Thank you so much.
19:13Okay, wait, Lou.
19:14We're so close, Mom.
19:15Lou's carrying two backpacks because I'm exhausted.
19:18My knees are killing me, but I'm going to push through it.
19:21We did a great job.
19:22Oh, yes.
19:23Here is your next school.
19:24Thank you so much.
19:26Roadblock.
19:27Feeling confident.
19:28I got it.
19:29You got it?
19:29I'll take it.
19:30That dog in the blue harness, that's your leader.
19:33His name is Herschel.
19:34Hey, let's go, Herschel.
19:37He is dog sledding.
19:39Jonathan is perfect for this challenge because he has the best memory.
19:44See a link.
19:45L. Link.
19:46You do not get through law school forgetting things.
19:50I see a seal.
19:51It is a ring seal.
19:53When I get back, I have to recite those animals with the proper names in the correct order.
19:57Oh, there's a caribou.
19:59This is exactly what I had in mind for our first anniversary.
20:04I can't even breathe.
20:06Oh, look at them.
20:09Oh, my God.
20:10They're so cute.
20:12Lur cow pa H.
20:13Right.
20:13Lur cow pa H.
20:16Lynx, ringed seal, caribou, snowy owl.
20:25What's the W?
20:27Arctic wolf, polar bear, arctic hare.
20:31That's for it.
20:32Yes.
20:32Oh, my gosh.
20:33Thank you so much.
20:34Shut up.
20:34He got it.
20:35Let's do it.
20:37Teams must make their way to the Inuvik satellite station facility, which pulls in data used to
20:42study changing climate patterns all over the country.
20:44As a celebration of Arctic community and culture, the satellite antennas have been decorated
20:49by local indigenous artists.
20:51Teams must assemble a puzzle using this antenna as a reference.
20:55The antenna is constantly on the move and only comes into view for a short period of time
20:59every few minutes.
21:01Once every piece is in place, the artist, the Rima Cloud, will give them their next clue.
21:05We're coming for the crowds!
21:08Woo-hoo!
21:09Yeah, that was so fun.
21:10Okay, check out this team, babe.
21:12Watch this team.
21:13Who is it?
21:14Woo!
21:14Let's go!
21:16We are leaving.
21:17Ika and Dimitri behind us.
21:19Nebby and Magoo just got there.
21:21And honey, our hair has never looked better.
21:24Okay, I hope our cab came back.
21:27Our cab has gone missing.
21:29Can we ask to take theirs?
21:31Well, no, because they're probably holding it.
21:33Any chance we can take you or no?
21:35Do you know Mo?
21:36Whoa.
21:37Mohamed, the driver?
21:39Jesse, Jesse, wait.
21:40Can you call Mo for us?
21:41Are you able to call him for us?
21:42We are frustrated right now that we are waiting for a cab.
21:45We would prefer to be moving than standing.
21:48It could take hours.
21:49We would love to get going.
21:51It's okay, Jesse.
21:52It's just a little stressful because we know Ika and Dimitri are right behind us
21:55and we want to keep in first.
22:00We're not able to keep our cab here, so hopefully we can get going.
22:06It's stressful.
22:07We know we're in first and we want to stay that way.
22:09I think that's him.
22:11Right?
22:12There we go.
22:13Let's get in this car and let's get out of here.
22:15Okay, thank you.
22:17Jonathan, any tips?
22:19You need to study the sign first because everything starts with, like, Arctic.
22:23How many animals?
22:24There's seven total.
22:26No problem.
22:27I think that hint will help them a lot.
22:28By giving us the express pass, we promised Louie and Marie that we would give them advice
22:32when we could.
22:33Yes.
22:34We are going to the Natural Resources Canada Inovic Satellite Station facility to do a puzzle.
22:43In the Arctic, baby.
22:45Louie and Marie are here now.
22:47We got this.
22:48In the blue there is Glacier.
22:50Yeah.
22:51All right, so you can always just yell, Glacier, let's go, let's go.
22:53Okay.
22:53Every team is here right now, except for Grace and Joe.
22:57The pressure is on.
22:59Let's go, Glacier.
23:01Let's go, boy.
23:02Let's go.
23:04Blinked.
23:05She's got a crazy memory.
23:07The way she brings up things I did five years ago.
23:11Arctic Fox.
23:12She's got it.
23:14Blinked.
23:16Ringed seal.
23:18Caribou.
23:20Snowy owl.
23:21Arctic fox.
23:22No, sorry.
23:24It's okay, baby.
23:25Snowy owl.
23:28What did I get wrong?
23:30Yee-hee!
23:32We've got a lynx.
23:33We've got a lynx and a seal.
23:35My technique is to just make it into a little song.
23:37We've got a lynx and a seal and a caribou and an owl and an Arctic fox.
23:41And a polar bear.
23:42Oh, guys.
23:43And a howl.
23:44Oh, guys.
23:44We've got a lynx and a seal and a caribou.
23:47Lynx.
23:49Ringed seal.
23:50He's got it.
23:51Polar bear.
23:53Arctic hair.
23:54Yeah.
23:54Let's go!
23:56Let's go!
23:57We started off at Inuvik at the back of the pack.
24:00And now we're boosting our way all the way to the top, baby.
24:03That's what we do.
24:04Let's go.
24:06Wow.
24:07Oh, my God.
24:07Look at the view.
24:09Oh, yeah.
24:09I see boards.
24:10Okay.
24:10That's the satellite dish we're recreating.
24:12We are recreating a puzzle.
24:14Oh, yes.
24:14It's a circle.
24:15It's a satellite dish.
24:16Do you want to run to that satellite dish and see?
24:18Oh, it's up.
24:19It's up.
24:19So, let's wait.
24:20Let's wait.
24:20Let's wait.
24:21Do they all go up?
24:22Oh, they do rotate.
24:23Crap.
24:24Go, Herschel.
24:25Go!
24:26Arctic fox.
24:27Nice thing.
24:28Oh!
24:29Herschel!
24:30Herschel!
24:34Oh, no.
24:35Herschel!
24:36Little doggies went off track over there.
24:40Oh, my gosh.
24:43Arctic fox.
24:45No, sorry.
24:46Okay, thanks.
24:47It's okay, Liz.
24:48At the end, when that happened, it completely threw me off.
24:51Arctic fox, ringed seal.
24:53Mush, mash, mash, mash.
24:55This is so awesome.
24:57You got it, girl.
24:59Arctic wolf.
25:01Polar bear.
25:03Arctic hair.
25:04Yes, there you go.
25:06Woo!
25:07Whenever you're ready.
25:08Okay.
25:09Go, Herschel!
25:10Let's go, Herschel!
25:12It's Arctic fox.
25:13Is it?
25:14Oh.
25:15It's Arctic wolf.
25:17Round two.
25:19Let's go, like, uh...
25:20Lynx, ringed seal.
25:24Oh, boy.
25:25Arctic wolf.
25:26Polar bear.
25:28Arctic hair.
25:29Yeah, there you go.
25:30Yes, thank you.
25:32Woo!
25:32I'm so sorry.
25:33You know, you did great.
25:34Let's go!
25:36How'd it be, guys?
25:36How'd it be?
25:37Lynx, spotted seal of caribou.
25:39Blair's been on dog sled a few times.
25:41Never running a dog sled, though.
25:43Look at him!
25:45What a crazy guy.
25:47Spotted seal, caribou, wolf, polar bear, rabbit.
25:51No, sorry.
25:52That's incorrect.
25:54What?
25:55There's six animals.
25:56I named them.
25:56Well, you gotta stop and take your time.
25:58It is very stressful.
26:00Babe, calm down.
26:01Jesse and Jonathan were kind enough to let me know that there's seven animals to look for.
26:07I'm extremely confident that I got it.
26:10Caribou, snowy owl, arctic wolf.
26:14I was born for this!
26:16Ha!
26:17Come on!
26:18All right.
26:21A lynx, a ringed seal, a polar bear, and an arctic hare.
26:28Congratulations!
26:28Grace and Joe!
26:29No!
26:33We're the last two teams here.
26:35But we also don't know where Grace and Joe are, so...
26:38Yeah!
26:42It's harder than it looks.
26:43Oh, I got one!
26:44Yes, good job.
26:45Now I just have to get one.
26:46We don't know how the other teams are doing, so we have to move quickly.
26:50Oh, I got it again!
26:51Well, you gotta show off now!
26:53You got this.
26:54You can do it.
26:56Good.
26:56Oh, baby!
26:57Woo!
26:59Now where do we have to deliver these two?
27:02What's going on, gentlemen?
27:03We're doing a puzzle!
27:05Puzzles are fun!
27:07Yeah, they're non-destructible.
27:09We're coming from the back of the pack, looking desperate at that airport, battling out with
27:14Jesse and Jonathan for that first-place spot.
27:16It's a curve at the top, so it's not going to go to the corners of the puzzle.
27:20This is actually a really easy puzzle.
27:21Yep.
27:22That's too thin.
27:23Wrong angle.
27:26Okay, that's too thick.
27:27We could either be really close or super far away.
27:31No.
27:31Yeah, this is very challenging.
27:34What could I get wrong, man?
27:36The animals in this challenge are all white, so they're blending in with the snow.
27:40Nothing on that tree!
27:41That was just snow, right?
27:43Snowy owl.
27:44I didn't see that owl until just now.
27:46So I know he has this!
27:48Come on!
27:49Lynx, ring seal, caribou, snowy owl, arctic wolf, polar bear, arctic hair.
27:56Yes, let's go!
27:57Yeah!
27:58Yeah!
27:59Ha ha, baby!
27:59Hey, hi!
28:00Arctic fox.
28:03Everyone's left.
28:04We just haven't seen Grace and Joe yet.
28:07Special delivery.
28:09Okay, lovely.
28:09Okay, let's go, go, go.
28:12Arctic fox.
28:14No, sorry.
28:15Oh, really?
28:17We're not in last place yet.
28:20Yay!
28:22It's got to keep our eyes peeled.
28:29No, that's not helpful.
28:31We have to correctly put this puzzle piece together that matches that satellite up there.
28:36And the satellite obviously isn't facing us, so it comes around every so often.
28:40Look at it, too.
28:42I got it.
28:42No, you can look at it.
28:43I'm yelling.
28:43I need you to look.
28:44Why?
28:46Perfect, babe.
28:47Babe, you're so good.
28:49That feels better.
28:50We got a lot of teams here right now, and everyone's working away.
28:54But me and Blake are almost done this puzzle, so...
28:56Get over here!
28:58This is what I need you to do, okay?
28:59I'm going to look.
29:00I'm just going to show you what's on top here.
29:02I'm trying to get the puzzle pieces together, and he is not listening whatsoever.
29:07Look.
29:08Yeah, but it's like we solved all of that, babe.
29:10No, no, no.
29:11He's on the top on the middle.
29:12I will.
29:13Just let me a second.
29:14There are no ears over here.
29:17Take them and keep them over there.
29:19Just keep them in your hand and flip them all the right side up, please.
29:22Babe, relax.
29:24This last little piece is not easy.
29:28Like, is there one that will fit, like, there?
29:31Shut up.
29:32Jack!
29:33Jack, can we have a check, please?
29:35That looks correct.
29:36Ah!
29:38Good luck, guys.
29:40Thanks, dude.
29:40Cheers.
29:41Fly to Tuktoyuk, the Arctic Ocean.
29:44Teams will now fly to Canada's third coast, the Arctic Ocean.
29:49Racers must locate at Black Air, where they will sign up for one of three flights to Tuktoyuk
29:53and stock up on some refreshing fused iced tea to sip on for this leg of the race.
29:58One team will win the assist by Desjardins for the next challenge.
30:01This is never ending.
30:02We're going to the Arctic Ocean.
30:04We did see EB and Blake.
30:06They're a friggin' tough team.
30:07They're keeping us on our toes.
30:09Yes.
30:10Check, please!
30:12That is correct.
30:13Yeah!
30:14Yeah!
30:15Thank you so much.
30:16Let's go!
30:17Arctic Ocean!
30:17Arctic Ocean!
30:19So we're going to sign up for a flight.
30:21And then it's going to leave when all the spots are full.
30:23We're going to Tuktoyuk.
30:24Tuktoyuk.
30:25Yeah, Tuktoyuk.
30:30Arctic Fox?
30:31How did I miss that?
30:34Ah, it's a lynx, not an Arctic Fox.
30:39Good job, Lace.
30:40I don't usually have trouble memorizing things.
30:43I'm just not feeling that confident today, so.
30:46I think she's got it.
30:48Lynx, ring seal, caribou, snowy owl, Arctic wolf, polar bear, Arctic hair.
30:55Yes!
30:56There you go!
30:57Thank you!
30:58Yes!
30:58Good job, Lace!
31:00Bye, doggies!
31:01I love you!
31:04Oh, my God.
31:06Grace and Joe arrive.
31:08Hey!
31:10We saw Lacey and Celia leaving, so we're not too far behind.
31:15Who wants a signature fuse?
31:18Oh, and there's three flights!
31:20Oh, my God.
31:20Okay, one for flight.
31:23And now we wait?
31:25Okay, baby.
31:26We're still racing, bro.
31:27You guys didn't take no number one spot yet.
31:29Your flight will depart when it's full.
31:30Help me get them tight, please.
31:33I got my hands full here.
31:33Just put it down.
31:35You're driving me nuts!
31:37Come on, it's a puzzle.
31:38Your kids do this.
31:39I know.
31:40We got six pieces left, okay?
31:42So then we should have a triangle...
31:43Okay.
31:44...that would fit in here.
31:45Can you drop anything?
31:46It doesn't make sense.
31:50I think we got it.
31:51How'd you do that?
31:52I have no idea.
31:54Check, please!
31:55Check!
31:55Yep, that looks good.
31:57You're the best!
31:58Is there another triangle that would maybe fit better?
32:01No, I had it.
32:02Right here.
32:03Check, please!
32:04Can we go check, please?
32:05Yep, that looks good.
32:06Yay!
32:07Thank you!
32:07I can't believe how fast Ike and Dimitri got that puzzle.
32:12Yeah.
32:12We went from fifth to third on the puzzle, and we're going to Tuk-Toy-Yuk-Tuk.
32:17Woo-hoo!
32:18So we make our way to Aklad Air, sign up outside for the next available flight.
32:23If we're on a foot race, we can beat them.
32:28Yo, lynx, ring seal!
32:30Yah!
32:31Yah!
32:32Lynx, ring seal, caribou, snowy owl, arctic wolf, arctic wolf!
32:37Ideally, Joe gets this on the first attempt, because we are in dead last.
32:43Lynx, ring seal, caribou, snowy owl, arctic wolf, polar bear, arctic hair.
32:50Yes, that's correct!
32:52Yeah!
32:53Woo-hoo!
32:54Use a Canadian satellite dish to help you complete a puzzle.
32:59Okay, let's go!
32:59You crushed that!
33:01First try!
33:02First try!
33:06Let's go!
33:07Oh, yes!
33:09Oh, my God, flight number one!
33:11It's going to be a race for the moon!
33:13God, let's go!
33:15Baby, we got a flight to catch!
33:17Ah!
33:19It's okay.
33:19Flight two.
33:20They're back.
33:21Flight two of three.
33:23We have to wait for two other teams for this flight to fill up.
33:26Fly me to the Arctic Ocean, look!
33:28First flight to Tuk-Yuk-Yuk!
33:30Woo!
33:30What are we missing here?
33:38You need something here.
33:40Something here.
33:41Come on.
33:42Just white on white on white on white on white.
33:45Doesn't matter.
33:45I'm not clicking.
33:46Another triangle here.
33:48Do I have another triangle?
33:50Damn it.
33:51No, no, no.
33:51Don't let it get the best of you.
33:53Hey, I want to look at this.
33:55No, it doesn't fit there.
33:57So what, does that rotate and turn down so we can see it?
34:02Thanks.
34:03Go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go.
34:05Oh, man.
34:07Come on, come on.
34:08Grace and Joe, they were way behind and now everybody's here.
34:12We've got to figure this out.
34:15Here, I'll take out these ones and these are all just the white ones.
34:19We're back in it.
34:21These are the three pieces, babe.
34:23Does that fit in here?
34:24Check, please.
34:25Check, please.
34:26Yeah, that looks...
34:27Let's go.
34:28No.
34:29Let's go.
34:30Oh, my God.
34:30We're going to touch the uptuck.
34:34What are we missing here?
34:35A piece.
34:36What are we missing?
34:37Okay.
34:38Oh, Luke.
34:39What?
34:39There is one here.
34:41That one goes there.
34:42Oh, so close.
34:44Check, please.
34:45Check, please.
34:47Yep, that looks great.
34:48Let's go.
34:49Oh, thank you.
34:51Grab your bag.
34:53Oh, no.
34:54We're good.
34:55We're good.
34:55You sure?
34:56Yeah.
34:57We're good.
34:57Shake it off.
35:00I'm starting to get it.
35:01I'm starting to get it.
35:03Oh, my God.
35:03This is hard.
35:05Something's wrong.
35:06What a bucket list day.
35:13I love you so much.
35:14Bye.
35:18Welcome to Tuck Tuck Duck.
35:20We're in a plane of a really competitive team,
35:23so we're all going to be fighting for that top spot on the podium
35:25as soon as we hit the ground.
35:26Let's go, baby.
35:27Racers must make their way to Kitty Hall.
35:33Once here, teams will have to master a series of northern games
35:36meant to develop strength, endurance, and push their physical limits.
35:41Just like that one.
35:43Teams may choose which partner will compete in each game.
35:46And once a team successfully completes three of six games,
35:50Donald, the head official, will give them their next clue.
35:54One lucky team will win the assist by Desjardins,
35:57giving them a little local help with the northern games.
36:01Root info, baby.
36:02Oh!
36:03We just won the assist by Desjardins.
36:04Okay, we're going to head inside to Kitty Hall.
36:07A swing kick.
36:08Let's see this one.
36:10You might have to do this one because...
36:12Yeah, I could do this.
36:13The northern games, it requires a lot of flexibility and balance,
36:17so we need to practice to get a feel for it.
36:21Twelve feet.
36:22Twelve feet.
36:23Hello.
36:24Two-foot toe kick.
36:25How do we play this game?

37:05Thank you so much.
37:06Let's go.

37:13Congratulations.
37:16Thank you so much.
37:16Have fun, you guys.
37:18Let's go.
37:18We're in for it.
37:19We're in for it.
37:20Make your way on foot to the Arctic Ocean.
37:23Teams must run to the end of the road to Nubigalik, where they'll find the most northern pit stop in the Amazing Race Canada history.
37:31Here on top of the world at the edge of the Arctic Ocean, teams will find the pit stop for the fourth leg of the race.
37:37The last team to check in here may be eliminated.
37:41And find Johnny in this place stop.
37:42Let's go.

40:00They just couldn't quite get those puzzle pieces.
40:03But then we need one there.

Great episode! My siblings and I were supposed to go Dog Sledding in Alaska in 2003. The tour was cancelled due to a snow storm 🌨️ We went Glacier hiking instead on a different mountain 🏔️
