00:08Pero, for the sake of transparency, at para klaro-klaro sa lahat, sinabi ko after a week.
00:19So, there are two groups, and I repeat, huwag yun akong subukan.
00:24Totoo, the reason I mentioned it also, I felt very insulted.
01:02Napahiling talaga ako nung kinuusap ako nung tao nyo.
01:07Kasi sobrang dikit sa akin ng tao nyo.
01:11And it was done prior to the filing of Aless Tojoy.
I'm not prejudging the case.
01:23But since these are grave offenses, ang lowest penalty for a grave offense is suspension.
01:29Ang middle penalty for grave offenses ay demotion.
01:34At ang pinahamalupit na parusa para sa grave offenses ay dismissal from the police service.
01:40And of course, for the future of all benefits.
01:45There are two cases actually to be filed by our service, sa aming legal affairs services.
01:58This is for grave misconduct, grave neglect of duty, at conduct unbecoming of a police officer.
02:03So, a separate case, formal charge, ang ipopile din namin against doon sa other 11 police officers, headed by Police Lieutenant Colonel Ryan J. Urapa.
02:14So, yung case po kay Police Lieutenant Colonel Urapa are for grave misconduct, after 6 counts po ito, at isang conduct unbecoming of a police officer.
02:22These cases will be documented po ng aming legal affairs services.
02:25So, sabi ko nga, I already mentioned that there are 12 police officer respondents, and out of them, takto po ay police commission officers, at siya po ay 9 commission officers.
02:40So, ang aming pong respondents for na commission officers start with Police Colonel Malinaw Jr.
02:49We also have the respondents, uh, Police Lieutenant Colonel, uh, Ryan Urapa, and Police Major, uh, Mark, uh, Almigidia.
02:59All others po are, uh, non-commission officers.
03:04So, they are the following, uh, Police Executive Master Sergeant, Lagahid, Cabillan, uh, PCMS, uh, Dilacruz Jr.,
03:14PSMS, Incarnacion, PSMS, uh, Manrique, PSMS, Abari, Police Staff Sergeant Andes, Police Staff Sergeant Munoz, Police Corporal, Martin, and Police Staff Sergeant, uh, Poligencio.
03:31So, all those names, actually, were already previously mentioned, and then, during sa, uh, initial finding of the cases, and of the affidavit, of course, of Mr. Padidoma.
