03:10gets distracted when a magazine suddenly floats out of the store. He gets curious and follows the magazine,
03:16but gets interrupted by Saya, the granddaughter of the arcade shop owner. On the way home, he passes by a
03:23restaurant and witnesses the owner, Teru, doing some perverted acts in broad daylight. He walks in and sees
03:30the magazine that floated out of the bookstore on the table of the restaurant, though he ignores it at
03:35first, thinking that it might be a copy. However, Teru reveals his telekinetic powers and tries to
03:41convince him to buy an indecent toy. Yoshiro leaves, disgusted and disappointed in Teru for using his powers
03:49for selfish acts. The next day, Yoshiro sees Asami and gets inspired, but he gets interrupted when he
03:56hears the thoughts of Yosuke, a fellow admirer. Yoshiro hears Yosuke planning to do an indecent act
04:03to Asami while changing in the locker room. Yoshiro immediately runs to stop Yosuke, only to find out
04:10that he can teleport, but leaves his clothes behind. Yosuke then suddenly appears inside the women's

04:56and Akiyama, a psychic as well, and tells them that 200 years ago, there was a psychic awakening
05:02in Minnesota after cosmic rays hit a town. The same happened to their region days ago, which gave the
05:08group psychic powers, because they fit a specific criteria. Takahiro explains that the criteria are
05:16being a virgin and doing self-pleasure, while being exposed to cosmic rays. This makes the
05:22men turn to Miyuki, surprised that she would also do such self-exploration. Embarrassed, Miyuki states

05:55he discovers that Asami takes an interest in Yosuke. Later that day, Akiko, one of the psychics,
06:00decides to cause some trouble. The usually shy boat skipper has found her confidence and decided to pursue
06:07beautiful ladies, since she is not interested in men. The next day, the ESP force films the beginning
06:13of their journey. But Miyuki thinks it's stupid and ridiculous. She leaves them and contemplates the
06:19group. Meanwhile, Akiko becomes interested in a student who passes by her house. She then takes
06:25advantage of her by using Freeze Psychic, allowing Akiko to touch her. Just then, Asami passes by,
06:32and Akiko falls in love with her. Later that day, the ESP force throws a party to celebrate the
06:38formation of their group. A delivery girl then arrives, who is their fan, and the group shows
06:44off their abilities. However, as everyone gets heated up, Asami gets disgusted upon hearing their
06:50desires and leaves, ultimately shattering Yosuke's chances for her. That night, Takahiro and Akiyama
06:58meet with a journalist, Taiko, and her friend, Detective Mitsui, at the school. Shizuka also

09:00the protesters into dolls. This scares the spectators, but Takahiro shifts his focus on Akiko,
09:06who leaves afterwards. Meanwhile, the mysterious woman slips out of the crowd undetected. Later,
09:14Asami's friends take an interest in Akiko's house, so they take a peek. They got caught,
09:19so they immediately ran away, leaving Asami behind. This gives Akiko her chance to capture Asami.
09:26Afterwards, someone rings the bell for a ride across the river, leaving her with no choice but to do her
09:32job. Recognizing Miyuki, Akiko also moves to capture her after Yoshiro leaves. The team gathers that night,
09:41worrying about Asami, who is still not returning home. As the days progressed, the citizens' desires
09:48increased all the more. Making Yoshiro much more determined to find the culprit, he suddenly gets
09:53a call from Asami, inviting him to meet up. He rushes to the park, thinking that his dream will
09:59finally come true, and is stunned to see Asami waving her hand and singing the song. This cements
10:05his belief that she's the girl he met before being born. She then holds his hand, thanking him for
10:11helping with her father's research. To his surprise, she also invites him to a hotel to make love.
10:17However, Yoshiro declines because he strongly holds of being a hero. The mysterious woman shows up again
10:24and turns Asami into a doll. Because of this, Yoshiro calls the rest of the ESP force to tell them what
10:30happened. Confused by the incident, the mysterious woman explains to clear things up. She tells them
10:37that this Asami wasn't real, but a doll. It copied the real Asami, who should still be alive. She introduces
10:44herself as Julie, a psychic from Minnesota whose power is to purify evil influences. The group gathers at
10:52Teru's restaurant, where Julie clarifies that some psychics survived the fight years ago. She's a
10:58descendant of one of the survivors, revealing that the powers have become hereditary. She warns them
11:04that many of the women have been copied into dolls. The women were last seen beside the fairy house.
11:10The ESP force then plans to investigate Akiko's house. They have come up with a plan to have Yoshiro
11:16pretend to be a woman near the fairy house, while the others watch from afar. However, Akiko targets
11:23Akiyama and tries to attack her by using her powers. Fortunately, Akiyama dodges her attempt and seduces
11:30the villain to see into her future. Akiko realizes her actions and escapes. Akiko then reports to the
11:37ESP force that Akiko will head to City Hall. They immediately go to the City Hall, and they discover
11:43the missing women unconscious in the auditorium. They suddenly hear Asami calling them, only to
11:49find three of the same women in the lobby. Yabe uses his X-ray vision and confirms that they're all
11:55dolls. Akiko then comes to the scene and confronts them. She calls the rest of her dolls, which now
12:02include Keiko, Saya, Mitsui, and Shizuka. Immediately, Julie turns them back into dolls, but more arrive,
12:10cornering the group while Akiko escapes. Aiko pulls Yoshiro back to the auditorium to escape
12:16and tries to kiss him while they are in the auditorium. Little did he know, Aiko only did that
12:22to trap him inside a womb-like cell along with two others on the stage. He discovers that the real
12:28Asami is trapped inside the cell next to his. She's scared that she'll die there, so Yoshiro feels
12:35guilty that he can't save her. Suddenly, someone kicks the opposite wall, who appears to be Miyuki,
12:41trapped in the other cell. She scolds him for being a coward, but she breaks down in tears as
12:46their powers end up being useless. With both of them scared, Yoshiro assures them that someone will
12:52rescue them. Just then, he hears someone humming the song his soulmate sang. He realizes that it's
12:59Miyuki, so she explains that the song just popped into her mind, but she doesn't remember where it came
13:04from, thinking that she's the one he's been looking for. Yoshiro reminds her that she made up the song
13:10before they were born. This triggers Miyuki's memory, and the two acknowledge that they finally
13:16found each other. The two use their telepathy, in which they imagine meeting at the park just like
13:21Yoshiro always fantasized. Aiko returns to the stage and shocks Yoshiro by claiming that she taught
13:28Miyuki that song since it's hers. Meanwhile, the ESP force manages to corner Akiko.
13:34Takahiro scolds her for taking advantage of her powers, but the woman defends that people have
13:39always ignored her, so Destiny gave her powers to make copies who would listen to her. She then
13:45declares that her master will arrive soon, to end them all. To their surprise, she reveals that her
13:51master is Aiko. Hearing this, Julie uses her power on Akiko. This breaks Aiko's spell on the woman,
13:58leading Takahiro to realize that the mastermind's power is not only to read memories, but also to
14:04alter them. Akiko has been working against them due to the fake memories that Aiko planted in her.
14:11Meanwhile, Aiko tells Yoshiro that she's the girl he met before he was born. She then takes the other
14:17ladies away before releasing Yoshiro. Just then, the rest of the ESP force arrives, questioning Akiko about
14:24her plans. The woman declares that she wants to wipe humanity out, since they're all evil for
14:30destroying the environment and wildlife. She decides that there's no room for greed in the world,
14:36so only God's chosen one will stay. She tells them that the chosen one is Yoshiro. He's the only one
14:42whose memory she can't alter, and she tells him that she can't alter the memory of the one she truly
14:47loves. With this, she plans to create a new world with him. Julie then attempts to subdue Aiko,
14:55but her power doesn't work since the woman doesn't see her actions as evil. Instead, she believes her
15:01motive is pure love. Aiko then attacks Julie's mind, making her lose consciousness. The rest of the ESP
15:08force moves to fight, but Aiko easily defeats them by erasing their memories. Seeing this, Yoshiro calls her
15:15evil. Aiko responds that he should accept that they're destined to be together, or else she'll
15:21kill him. Aiko then walks away, giving Yoshiro the time to decide. Takahiro uses this chance to
15:29convince Yoshiro to help him gather a new team, but he thinks that it's too late. He still believes his
15:34life is for the woman he loves, so Yoshiro focuses on saving her instead. Yoshiro goes to meet Aiko and
15:42finds that she's altered Asami's and Miyuki's memories, making them childish. Aiko then invites
15:48him to fulfill their promise and be together, but Yoshiro refuses. She reminds him that she can rewrite
15:54everyone's memories to control them, so he should join her if he doesn't want the others harmed.
16:00Suddenly, Yoshiro turns to them and tells her that he'd rather please himself while fantasizing about
16:06women than actually be with her. He tells her that she's not his soulmate and shows them that he is
16:12hard. Because of this, Aiko cries out in both heartbreak and anger. With her belief in pure love

16:39to normal. Akiko even enrolls in Yoshiro's school, where she wonders about finding a boyfriend,
16:45revealing that her preference for women was also Aiko's influence on her. One night, Yoshiro wakes up
16:52in tears from a dream where he was safe and happy in his mother's womb. Because of this, he runs to
16:58embrace her and finally recognizes that love is more fulfilling than physical desires. He happily goes to
17:05school, passing by Keiko, Saya, Mitsui, and Taeko, who all sing the song of his destined lady. He ignores
17:13this, but even his schoolmates sing the same song, confusing him. Not knowing that, when his mother went
17:19home after that fateful day, she was joined by other pregnant ladies, he telepathically connected to all
17:26the unborn girls that day, and little girls as well, and they eventually grew up to become the significant
17:32women he met throughout his life. While Yoshiro goes back fantasizing about this women on his bed.
