00:03Love Island, I think, is a good comparison to Paradise.

00:10I would have not gone on Paradise.

00:12I think I only went on The Bachelor because of him specifically and, like, his values and what he represented.

00:20And just because I am about, like, one person and for a very long time.

00:25And with Paradise, there's a lot of, like, trying things.

00:28And I'm like, no, I'm not.

00:29I just, I think we, obviously, it was perfect for us.

00:33I would have not survived in Love Island.

00:35I'm very sensitive.

00:36And I would have been, my feelings would have been hurt really quickly.

00:39He would have been a hot commodity there, though, obviously, for the obvious reasons.

00:42I don't know.

00:42He's like, I don't even know what you guys are talking about.

00:45I'd rather watch Great British Baking Show.

00:48That is true.

00:49We do like that, too.

00:51Yeah, I was, it was so funny.

00:52I was walking, I think it was, like, two years ago.

00:55I'm walking my child to school.

00:57Someone stops me and is like, oh, the new season of Bachelor is popping up.

01:01And I was like, oh, Bachelor in Paradise.

01:02She was like, oh, I thought of you.

01:04And she goes, no, Golden Bachelor.

01:06And I was like, oh, my gosh.

01:08That is now the bracket we're in.

01:11We are in more Golden Bachelor than we are in Paradise.

01:13And that rocked my world when I thought of it.

01:16So, yeah, aging out is true.

01:19Yeah, you nailed it.

01:20When one of us is eating pizza, both of us are eating pizza.

01:23Obviously, that's easy to do, but it's not the best thing for your wellness.

01:28So, this has been the summer of wellness for the two of us.

01:32We're trying to get back on track.

01:34And it is so much easier when we're both on board, as you mentioned, because, you know,

01:39if I'm trying to choose healthy options and she's eating lasagna, that's going to make

01:44it extremely difficult for me.

01:46And that's where aging comes into play.

01:49Of course, they've got a wide variety of snacks that are high protein, low carb.

01:54So, it's just easy with a busy schedule and kids and running them all over the place during

01:58the summer, can't always just make meals whenever you want to.

02:03So, like, the healthy snack is a great grab-and-go option.

02:06And then they've got great recipes on Atkins.com.

02:08And Catherine loves to prep or...

02:12Meal prep.

02:13Meal prep, yeah.

02:14Like dinner plan, not like meal.

02:15That's what I was looking for.

02:17She likes to map out our meals.

02:19There you go.

02:19And Atkins offers a lot of great recipes for that.

02:22Yeah, I love being inspired by food.

02:24And also, I just love food so much.

02:26But the propensity for us to just, if something's in our pantry or if something is available,

02:35we're going to eat it.

02:36So, it's nice to have things that I already crave, like gummy bears or chocolate peanut

02:40butter cups or like a chocolate peanut butter shake.

02:43And Atkins has all those things where you crave them and you choose a better option that

02:48has like the low carb, high protein already accounted for.

02:52And we just, it's nice because at night, we want something sweet and it's an easy choice.

02:59But they have, again, like you said on Atkins.com, they have tons of recipes that I just get

03:03inspired by.

03:04Like one of them is a low carb, slow cooker, Borea taco.

03:09And like, how craveable is that?

03:12But they also have like chopped green goddess salad and things that just make me really excited

03:17for the meal planning ahead.

03:21And so, it's been really nice to have accountability partner and keep you on track and the consistency

03:27of having us both be watching each other all the time.
