05:20In this playground for artists, athletes, musicians and explorers,
05:27lasting friendships are made.
05:35Together, we are stronger.
05:45We've always loved you guys. In fact, we love you guys so much that I've literally just gone and got a crazy train tattoo.
05:53Thank you so much for getting back together.
05:58Thank you for inventing heavy metal and inspiring generations with eternal riffs like Iron Man and Paranoid.
06:06Ozzy, Tony, Giza and Bill, you are legends.
06:10I'm Morgan from Antioch, Illinois, and I just want to say Ozzy and Black Sabbath, you've been a lifelong inspiration for me.
06:19May your legacy live on forever in all of our hearts.
06:22Ozzy Osbourne, Giza, Bill and Tony, thanks for turning up to living and making heavy metal for everyone.
06:30Black Sabbath, my name is Steve. I'm from Aldershot and I just want to say you are the gods of metal.
06:35We are not worthy. We are not worthy. Yes.
06:40Hey, I'm Laura Maria Vegas from Cartagena, Colombia, land of thunder and rock hearts.
06:46Black Sabbath, you turn darkness into power.
06:49Riff into religion and may every midwits feel like royalty. Long live to the masters of heavy.
06:55I'm Matheus from Brazil and everyone your riffs, I travel time.
07:01Sabbath isn't just music. It's a portal and thank you for teaching me to love the heaviness, the chaos and the beauty of song. Thank you Black Sabbath. Love you so much.
07:17From an Aussie to Aussie and the rest of Black Sabbath.
07:23Thank you fuckers for being the greatest band to walk the face of the earth and for inventing the greatest genre of music known to humanity. Heavy metal.
07:32Sad to see you guys, lads. Glad that you were here.
07:36Black Sabbath. So much amazing music. So many amazing memories.
07:40Last saw you in 2016 on the end tour and I gotta admit, I teared up a couple of times.
07:45My most memorable experience though, was seeing Aussie on the second stage at OzFest.
07:49I was in the front row, Aussie picked up a bucket of water, ran over and dumped it all over me.
07:54It was though I had just been baptized by the Oz man himself.
07:58Aussie, this one's for you.
08:04They wanted my entry drugs into rock and roll.
08:08Cause Aussie was so outrageous, but also had a wonderful falsetto voice.
08:14What it was, it was rebellious. It was different. People didn't like it.
08:22I don't like the establishment. They didn't like the establishment, so they were a better me.
08:28I would have been about 13.
08:31And at that age, a young fella, you're questioning everything, aren't you?
08:36You're questioning absolutely everything.
08:38And, and school don't come out with the right answers.
08:44But, but bands do.
08:47Cause bands spell freedom.
08:50Oh, that's how I look at it. Oh, I've always looked at it that way.
08:57Well, Aussie Osborne, it's Dolly Parton here.
09:02Now I know you're at home and what a wonderful place to be, right?
09:07Now, are we supposed to be saying farewell to you?
09:11Well, I don't think that's going to happen.
09:14How about we just say good luck, God bless you, and we will see you somewhere down the road.
09:21Anyway, I love you. Always have.
09:24And we're going to miss you up on stage, but you know what?
09:28I wouldn't be surprised if you don't show up somewhere else and I'll be there.
09:32Love you.
09:37My love for Sabbath started when I found my mum's record collection.
09:41I saw Sabbath, Bloody Sabbath, and it's like the coolest artwork I could ever see in my life.
09:45And I thought, I need to listen to this. Whatever it is, I need to listen to it.
09:49When you get into a big band like that, something just takes over and you're like, yeah, this is where I want to be.
09:54My actual name is Emily, but I go by Yoda and I'm the DJ and bar manager at Scruffy Murphy.
10:05It's the best rubber in Birmingham.
10:08People come from all over across the world and they Google it and they go, we had to come here.
10:12Me and the owner are huge Sabbath and Aussie fans.
10:18Every single time Aussies toured in the UK, I've seen him and I've cried every time.
10:23We didn't live at the same time, but you can feel struggle through someone else's music and I think the pure, raw honesty of what they were singing about made sense.
10:34To me, there is nothing more important than Aussie in Birmingham.
10:39He put Birmingham on the map, really, and his name should be everywhere.
10:43Music has to be kept alive by the people who love it the most.
10:47And I believe that every rock venue has the same criteria of loving the music and keeping it alive.
10:53And Birmingham owes that to Black Sabbath.
10:56Black Sabbath is iconic, one of a kind and has sound and emotion that will shake your soul.
11:05Thank you to the band for being the stepping stones to my favorite genre and giving me my Strand Island album.
11:10Hi, my name is Samantha and I'm from Michigan.
11:13I grew up listening to Aussie and Sabbath with my dad before he passed away.
11:17Those moments shaped my love for rock and gave us memories that I'll carry with me forever.
11:22You've been the soundtrack to some of the most important parts of my life.
11:26Hello there, my name is Shannon. Greetings from Louisiana.
11:29My message to Sabbath, thank you for making the music that you do because it keeps me going despite my health issues.
11:34Aside from that, I'm glad to see y'all guys play one last time. Good luck. Let's rock!
11:38Bill, Aussie, Tony, Geezer. You guys started everything. Everything I know about metal started because of you. Thank you.
11:48And it was this right here, the founding record for everything that I know it was.
11:53Hey, this is Vegas Obsidian. I just want to say that I am so proud of you for how far you've gotten in this industry and for everything that you have accomplished.
12:02You are a massive inspiration for so many of us and I just wanted to tell you because I had a chance to.
12:07Hey, I'm Zach and this is Elvis and we're from the UK. I just want to take a quick minute to thank you Black Sabbath for making such incredible music over the years and being such an inspiration for many.
12:19Thank you so much and congratulations.
12:22Hi guys from Black Sabbath. Thank you very much for 55 years of your beautiful music. It makes my life complete.
12:28It makes my life complete.
12:29I'm Jesse Elderson, Minnesota, USA. I just want to thank Black Sabbath for her unbeatable source of musical inspiration, especially my life.
12:38Hey everybody, I'll see you there. Enjoy every minute of the day. It's gonna be epic.
12:50Thank you Black Sabbath for all the years of rock and roll. And thank you Ozzy Osbourne for having doused me with a bucket of water during the Black Sabbath reunion tour in Montreal.
