00:00Long ago, in the heart of the forested hills of Ergutar, there was a village named Nekulu,

00:05known for its peace and silence. The people of Nekulu were hard-working farmers and hunters,

00:11but one rule governed them strictly. Never go into the forest after sunset.

00:16Old tales spoke of strange creatures and spirits who roamed the forest at night.

00:20But most villagers didn't know why. The origin of the rule had faded with time.

00:25One evening, a young boy named Obignir, curious and bold, was returning late from fishing when

00:31he heard a strange voice calling his name from the edge of the forest.

00:35Obignir, the voice whispered again. Obignir froze. No one else was around. His heart pounded.

00:42He should have run, but something pulled him forward, a strange warmth in the cold night breeze.

00:48He stepped into the forest, one foot after another, until he was deep among the trees.

01:42the forest's treasures and driven the forest people into hiding. Neckar's people had cursed

01:47the land. Let no child of man enter the forest without cost. Now Obignir understood. The silence

01:54of Nikulu was not peace, it was fear. Obignir staggered back, overwhelmed. Why show me this?

02:01He asked. Because you are different, Nayakar said. You listened, you cared, you can bring peace.

02:07She handed him a seed, glowing softly. Plant this at the center of Nikulu. If your people remember,

02:14the forest will forgive. If they don't, you will not see me again. Obignir nodded, eyes wet with

02:21tears. Obignir returned home just before dawn. The elders scolded him, but he told them everything.
