00:00Good morning. We are extremely pleased that you're here. It is good to come
00:10together for the purpose of co-creating. Do you agree? You're knowing what you're
00:17wanting? Are you enjoying the desire? That's the part that matters the most, because if
00:34you have an idea of what you want, and it is pleasurable for you to think about it, then
00:41there's not a vibrational variance between your desire, which life has helped you to
00:48give birth to, and your belief about it. If you wish you didn't want it because you've
00:56wanted it for so long and it keeps not showing up, then there's a big vibrational variance
01:03between what you want and what you expect. Expectation is such a powerful thing. A belief
01:09is just a thought you keep thinking. An expectation is a thought that you've thought about so much
01:15and kept active in your vibration for so long that you just keep realizing it. Law of Attraction
01:22just keeps showing you versions of it until you say, see, that's why I believe it. I believe
01:27it because it's true. And we say, no, it's true because you believe it. You say, no, no,
01:33I'm sure that I believe it because it's true. I've been a collector of information, Abraham.
01:40I've been living my life and I'm just not good at that. Or these things that I want just don't come
01:47to me. And we say, but the reason they don't is because you think they don't. And you say,
01:52yeah, but I think they don't because they don't. And we say, yes, but they don't because you think
01:57they don't. You say, no, no, I didn't think they wouldn't until they didn't.
02:05And since they aren't coming now, I think they're not coming. And we say, well, somehow you've got to
02:11figure out how to break that cycle because the universe is not giving you what you're saying
02:16with your words. The universe is giving you what you're offering vibrationally and what you're
02:21offering vibrationally. In other words, the universe is giving you what you mean. The universe is giving
02:26you what you expect. The universe is giving you what you've practiced thinking about. And so we get
02:32it that it's not the easiest thing in the world. In fact, it might be one of the hardest things in
02:36the world to think differently than what is, because you have become so very good in your observation of
02:43what is, in your assessment of what is, in your restating of what is, in your documenting of what is,
02:49in your regurgitating of what is, in your seeing, hearing, smelling, tasting, touching, in your
02:56physical translation of what is, what is feels pretty solid to you. But we want you to know it
03:04isn't solid, it's changing all the time. But in many cases, it's just changing to more of the same
03:09because that's what you're thinking about. Do you get that? It's not holding steady. It's changing,
03:14changing, changing, changing to your current expectation. But if your current expectation is
03:19just like the one you had yesterday, and the one you had the day before, and the one you had the day
03:22before, then a hold steady and you say, see, that's why I believe it. I believe it because that's how it
03:28is. And we say, no, it is because that's what you believe. Oh, I read, not that again, please, not that
03:33again. So we want to help you to realize that you are so much more than this physical being that you
03:43know as you, this magnificent physical being that you know as you, that you are an extension of source
03:49energy, and that that source energy part of you exists even now. All of you didn't come forward
03:57into this personality. The larger part of you remains as this eternal consciousness, non-physically
04:03focused, pure positive energy. But here you are in this body, in this personality, and most important,
04:10in this current opinion, in this belief, in this expectation, here you are offering a vibration
04:18that law of attraction is responding to. But the most important thing to realize about that is that
04:24the reason that you feel the emotions that you feel is because that inner being part of you, that source
04:31energy part of you, that non-physical part of you, that eternal, always, always eternally being
04:38part of you, is having right here, right now, an opinion right here, right now, about the very same
04:45thing that you're having an opinion about right here, right now. In other words, when you see that
04:50guy and you just hate that guy, so annoying in this way, in this way, in this way, in this way,
04:55the reason that you feel the discomfort that you would call hatred, or whatever it is that you're
05:02feeling, is because the source within you feels differently. Once we got Esther's attention about
05:09that, she said to us a few times, a few hundred times,
05:13Abraham, you clearly need more information about this. I'm sure if you knew what I know,
05:23you would not be sitting on your airy fairy cloud. If you knew what I know, you would feel about this
05:31like I feel about this. And it took a while for Esther to come to understand that we don't go
05:37there. And when she does, she feels the separation is too strong a word, but she feels the vibrational
05:42variance between who she really is and who she's allowing herself to be in that moment. And that
05:48discord is really what we want to talk about. Because this gathering is about the art of
05:55allowing, the art of allowing alignment, rather than discord, the art of being tuned in, tapped
06:01in, turned on to who you really are, rather than being separated is too strong a word, but you can
06:07pinch yourself off pretty good from who you really are and what you really know. So over time, I've been
06:12talking with you about who you are. You are so important to the equation of the eternal expansion
06:21that we all are. He said, I'll go into this physical experience and I'll explore and I'll see, I'll hear,
06:29I will experience the contrast, the variety. And out of it, I will come to my personal conclusions
06:38about what I personally prefer. And the reason that you did that so clearly, you knew that so clearly
06:44before you got here, is because you understood that the whole purpose of the variety is for choosing.
06:51You said, I'll make choices that are important to me. And you knew that in doing that, you would
06:57launch rockets of desire, that you would send out vibrational rockets, because you weren't even
07:02considering your vocabulary in those days. You knew that you were an emanator of perspective,
07:08that you would emanate with clarity, whatever it was that you were giving your attention to.
07:14And when you know what you don't want, you emanate a rocket of what you do want.
07:18And we said, and we will remain here, non-physically focused, free of all resistance of a physical
07:24nature. And when you send off a rocket of something you prefer, we will hold steady to that rocket.
07:29And we will hold firm to the equation that you are establishing moment by moment. And as you evolve,
07:35because of this time space reality, so will we, and we will hold to the expansion that
07:41you carve out. And you said, okay, sounded really good to you because you knew that as
07:50we held to that expansion, that you would be able to tell in every moment, by the way you
07:55feel, how close to your expanded version you are holding or how much you have deviated from
08:01it, you see. So your emotions let you know. If you're feeling wonderful, that means you've
08:07launched lots of rockets of desire. And you are in this moment, not offering a thought,
08:12belief, or expectation that contradicts the desire that you hold. You're right up to speed
08:16with who you are. And in that moving with the flow of who you really are, you feel elation,
08:23you feel passion, you feel exhilaration, you feel really good. You feel love and appreciation,
08:28you feel joy. But if you are feeling frustration or overwhelming, if you are feeling angst of any
08:34kind, if you're feeling anger, if you're feeling grief, if you're feeling revenge, or any of those
08:43negative emotions that feel like despair or fear, then that means that your perspective in this moment
08:53is so far apart from the perspective of your source about the same thing, that's the most important
08:59thing to understand. It isn't that we are focused upon something entirely different, and that's why
09:06we feel good. We're focused upon what you're focused upon, and we feel good. And that is,
09:13no matter how you try to figure it out, what unconditional love really is. We maintain our
09:22alignment with that which is love, regardless of the condition. Now, Esther wants to say,
09:28well, Abraham, if you were in the condition where I am, you might be feeling differently.
09:33And we say, do not argue for your conditional limitations. If you will distract yourself from
09:40the condition that is causing you the separation from all that you are, from all that we are,
09:45from that which is life, from that which is love, from that which is source, if you'll just cut that
09:50out, you'll feel good. In other words, it's like the cork is bobbing up there on the surface of the
09:55water. You can hold it under the water. That's what negative emotion is. But when you let go of it,
10:00when you're distracted from whatever you're doing that's holding it down, it will bob right back to
10:05the surface where it belongs. And you are the same. If you're not bobbing, it's because you've got
10:10hold of things unnecessarily. You're holding the conditions of those unnecessary things
10:16in your thought patterns. And in doing so, you're practicing them because, you know,
10:20you think a thought for 17 seconds and another thought like it joins it. It doesn't take very
10:24much attention to something to get enough momentum going that you can cause what feels
10:29like true separation from your life, from your joy, from your clarity, from your abundance,
10:34from your well-being, from who you really are. So cut it out. We are eager to talk with
10:42you about whatever is important to you. There is no order of business here. Nothing is off
10:49limits. What you will notice is a wonderful unfolding because we had this gathering before
10:56you dragged your physical bodies here. In other words, who you are, what you've been living,
11:01what you want, is all part of the vibrational mix of all of this. So together, we're just
11:08going to find a way to sort it out with the powerful intention of helping you to close that
11:15gap between who you really are and who you may be allowing yourself to be in any moment.
11:21Life is supposed to feel really good to you. You're supposed to be having a wonderful time.
11:26You are supposed to feel good. But in order to do that, it takes some deliberate attention.
11:34It takes some deliberate focus, which means, mostly it means, you've got to care about how
11:40you feel. You've got to care so much about feeling good that you are willing to pay the price of
11:45feeling good. You have to care enough about feeling good that you are willing to use your emotions
11:54to help you in the choice of thought. And that's what deliberate creation is. So once you begin
12:01to put this emotional translation in the mix, once you begin to recognize that how you feel
12:07matters most of all, because how you feel is your in the moment indicator of how much of you,
12:14you are allowing to be present in this moment, if you knew how much backup you've got, if you knew
12:21how many advocates you have advocating on your behalf. You see, we know everything that you're
12:28asking for and where it is and what the path of least resistance to it is. We know where everything
12:33you want is and where you stand in relationship to it. That's a good thing. It's a good thing for you
12:39to know somebody who knows that, you see. But you've got to be in a place where you can receive.
12:46Esther says, oh, but Abraham, you and Jerry, all you dead guys, there's no such thing as dead.
12:53You are so subtle now. You are so subtle. I have to tune myself so precisely to your frequency
13:01in order to hear you. Can't you be less subtle? And we say, tuning is subtle. Tuning to the frequency
13:10of who you are and what you want. It takes some practice, but it's an easy thing to do if you care
13:16about how you feel. Because if you care about how you feel, you're just not going to entertain those
13:21thoughts that don't feel good. You're just going to find yourself more and more shying away from them,
13:26which is to say, shying away from or toward something else. In other words, there's no such
13:32thing as exclusion in this attraction-based universe. You sort of kind of get that? There's no such thing
13:39as no. When you look at something that you really want and you say yes to it, you're including something
13:43that you want in your vibration. But when you look at something that you don't want and you feel that
13:48resistance well up in you and you're saying no to this thing you do not want, what you're actually
13:53doing is saying yes to this thing you do not want. Because attention to the subject is what causes
13:59you to be the inviter, the receiver, the realizer, the creator of it, you say. So what do you want to
14:06talk about? Ah, it's a lot of trouble in this room. We're going to have a really good day. Just relax
14:18and know that you're going to get this.
