22:28Shalom, everybody.
22:30We've got a wonderful friend with us today from the Sydney Children's Hospital in Randwick, Dr. Johnny.
22:35Let's all say hi, Dr. Johnny.
22:37Hi, Dr. Johnny.
22:38Hi, Anthony.
22:39Hi, everyone.
22:40Dr. Johnny, tell us about Hanukkah.
22:43What happens at Hanukkah?
22:44What is it?
22:45Hanukkah is a very special festival for the Jewish people.
22:47We celebrate the festival, which is called the Festival of Light, because the Jews came
22:52back into the temple.
22:54They needed to find oil for eight days, but they could only find one small little jug of
22:58oil.
22:59Miraculously, the jar of oil lasted for a full eight days.
23:03That's why we use a menorah.
23:05The menorah has got eight special places for candles, and every night the kids light another
23:11candle for Hanukkah.
23:12Besides the menorah, we eat lots of oily food.
23:16Jam donuts and potato latkes are a lot of fun for the kids.
23:21We also spin a dreidel.
23:23This is a very special spinning top that the kids use, and they can spin it for hours and
23:28hours.
23:29The last thing about Hanukkah is the best thing.
23:31Hanukkah falls just before Christmas, and otherwise kids would feel very left out because
23:36they don't get Christmas presents.
23:37So a very special tradition in Hanukkah is that we give all the Jewish kids presents so
23:42that they don't feel left out.
23:44So December time is a happy time for all the kids.
23:47Dr. Johnny, Hanukkah sounds like lots of fun.
23:50We're going to sing a song about Hanukkah and about the little dreidel.
23:53It's called Dreidel, Dreidel, Dreidel.
23:54I have a little dreidel, I made it out of clay, and when it's dry and ready, then dreidel I
24:03shall play.
24:03Oh, dreidel, dreidel, dreidel, I made it out of clay.
24:07Oh, dreidel, dreidel, dreidel, then dreidel I shall play.
24:10It has a lovely body with legs all short and thin, and when it gets all tired, it drops and
24:16then I win.
24:17Oh, dreidel, dreidel, dreidel, with legs all short and thin.
24:21Oh, dreidel, dreidel, dreidel, it drops and then I win.
24:24My dreidel's always playful, it loves to dance and spin A happy game of dreidel, come play now, let's begin
24:31Oh dreidel, dreidel, dreidel, it loves to dance and spin Oh dreidel, dreidel, dreidel, come play now, let's begin
24:37I have a little dreidel, I made it out of play When it's dry and ready, dreidel I shall play
24:44Oh dreidel, dreidel, dreidel, I made you out of play Oh dreidel, dreidel, dreidel, then dreidel I shall play

32:20But have you ever wondered what happens when you swallow your food
32:23and it goes down inside your tummy?
32:25How do you digest it?
32:27We've got an expert coming to tell us.
32:29His name's Dr Mick.
32:30Here he comes, Dr Mick.
32:32Let's all say, hi, Dr Mick.
32:34Hi, Dr Mick.
32:35Hi, Anthony. Hello, everyone.
32:37Dr Mick, I was wondering,
32:39could you represent with your wonderful sound machine
32:42what happens to our food when we chew it?
32:45I'll try.
32:45And when we swallow it?
32:47I'll try that too.
32:48And I guess when we digest it?
32:50Here it comes.
32:52Apple, chew it.
33:05Fantastic.
33:06Now, tea, sipping.
33:08Thanks, Dr Mick.
33:19After you chew and swallow your food
33:29Where does it go?
33:32I wish I knew
33:33Does it stay in your tummy?
33:36Does it still taste yummy?
33:38Or is it turned into muck?
33:41Well, it goes down the esophagus
33:46Say goodbye off it goes
33:47Into the stomach splash
33:49Round the duodenum
33:51Boy, you should have seen them
33:52Turning into moshy mash
33:54Up and down intestines
33:56Having just the best time
33:58Making us strong, no question
34:00Into the bloodstream
34:02Lose what you don't need
34:03That's what we call digestion
34:05Down the esophagus
34:08Into the stomach splash
34:11Round the duodenum
34:14Up and down intestines
34:18Into the bloodstream
34:23Lose what you don't need
34:25Now I think I know
34:31Where it all goes
34:33When we swallow our food
34:35I guess
34:36It goes down and down
34:39Round and around
34:41But I've forgotten the rest
34:44Can you tell me?
34:46Well, it goes down the esophagus
34:49Say goodbye off it goes
34:50Into the stomach splash
34:52Round the duodenum

43:23Hiya, Sam. Hi, everybody. Dear Gwit.
43:25Dear Gwit? Well, what does that mean?
43:27Sam, that means God be with you.

44:38Glory out here in the dory
44:40A runnin' at squires on the
44:42Screech-ing ground
44:46There's men from the armor
44:48And men from the tickle
44:50In all kinds of motorboats
44:52Screech-ing ground
44:54Bright Yuster is Bobby
44:56And with him is Knobby
44:58Oh, Screech-ing ground
45:00Oh, Screech-ing ground
45:02God bless my soul list
45:04Here's Skipper John Campy
45:06It's Screech-ing and here I'll be round
45:08Hello, what's the row
45:10Why he's diggin' one now
45:12The very first bit on the
45:14Screech-ing ground
45:16Oh, Screech-ing ground
45:18The mantle of whiskers is
45:20Old Jacob Steel
45:22He's gettin' well on but he's still pretty sound
45:24Why, Uncle Bob Huckins
45:26Where's six bears a stockin'
45:28Where's ever he's out of the
45:30Screech-ing ground
45:32Oh, Screech-ing ground
45:34While he spoke for a scuffle
45:36Oh, hands are excited
45:37It's a wonder to me
45:38That there's no body in town
45:40There's a muscle confusion
45:42A wonderful hustle
45:44They're all squid and jigglers
45:45Oh, Screech-ing ground
45:47Oh, Screech-ing ground
45:50Says Bobby
45:51Squints are on top of the water
45:53I just got key jiggers
45:54And one fathom down
45:56But a squid in the boat
45:58Scattered right down his throat
46:00Oh, Screech-ing ground
46:02Oh, Screech-ing ground
46:03Oh, Screech-ing ground
46:04Oh, Screech-ing ground
46:05Oh, Screech-ing ground
46:06Then for Uncle Louie
46:07His whiskers are spattered
46:09With spots of
46:10Screech-ing juice
46:11That's flying around
46:13One morning
46:14Oh, he got it right in the eye
46:15But they don't give a darn
46:17On the Screech-ing ground
46:19Oh, Screech-ing ground
46:21Oh, Screech-ing ground
46:22Now wherever you feel
46:24You're going to go squid
46:25You'll leave your white collar
46:26Behind in the town
46:29And if you get cranky
46:30Without your little cranky
46:32You'd better steer clear
46:33On the Screech-ing ground
46:35Oh, Screech-ing ground
46:39Oh, this is the best
46:41Screech-ing we've ever done
46:43Yeah!

47:34That's right, Anthony
47:35Always sleep your baby
47:36On their back from birth
47:38Sleep your baby with their face uncovered
47:41You should have a smoke-free environment
47:43Before and after your baby's born
47:45Provide a safe sleeping environment
47:47A safe cot
47:48Safe mattress
47:49And safe bedding
47:50And finally
47:51Sleep your baby in its own cot
47:53Next to the parent's bed
47:54For the first six to twelve months of their life
47:56Here's a great song about safe sleeping
47:59Sleep safe
48:01Sleep safe, my baby boy
