00:00Do you, do you ask for unanimous consent to address the House?
00:06Unanimous consent to give the principal's grade to the United States Congress.
00:09Does the gentleman ask to address the House for one minute?
00:13Has unanimous consent to speak for one minute, not to revise and extend.
00:15Without objection, the gentleman is recognized for one minute.
00:19Thank you, Madam Speaker.
00:20We are going to adjourn and not do the people's business because we've thus far gotten an F,
00:27an F for the work for the people, this Congress.
00:30We've taken health care away from hundreds of thousands of people.
00:34We've taken SNAP payments, nutritional sustenance away from tens and hundreds of thousands of people.
00:40We've made injuries to the earth, God's earth, which we're here to preserve and we only use.
00:46We've taken away from women the right to go to Planned Parenthood, to have health care that they need,
00:53important health care about their bodies.
00:56We've taken away protections for clean energy to change the rate of growth in global warming
01:03that affects our planet and affects our future with hotter and hotter summers and more and more problems,
01:09flash floods, fires, disasters.
01:12This Congress has earned an F.
01:15We do not deserve any more.
01:17I am ashamed to be a part of this Congress, but I will because people need to stand up, speak the truth,
01:23stand up for things that the American people have stood for for a long time, like justice, due process, fairness,
01:30caring about the little guy, caring about giving people something who have not enough,
01:34but not something to people who have too much, millionaires and billionaires.
01:38I yield back the balance of my time, an F.
01:41aì–´ing stop.
