Lola Amuah, 36, from Derbyshire, UK, captured a heartwarming moment when her daughters were left speechless by an unforgettable surprise - 250 plush toys from the famous brand Jellycat.
Lola and her husband Pete had arranged the surprise delivery, and their daughters Bijou and Shiloh were stunned as they opened their eyes in to find a mountain of cuddly teddies.
The girls’ faces lit up with pure joy as they squealed with excitement and dove straight into the plush pile.
Lola explains: "I’m extremely happy to have been able to surprise my children with a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
"The reaction has been 50/50 positive and negative.
"Some say it’s a core memory made; others say that they should be donated to charity and its consumerism."
The video quickly sparked debate online. While many praised the gesture as a beautiful memory in the making, others called it over-the-top and suggested the toys could have been donated to charity.
One viewer wrote: “And they will eventually end up in the landfill."
Another added: “My daughter is 21 and she would’ve had the exact same reaction!”
