00:00I am organising an exhibition next year in October called Brushstrokes of the Bush.
00:05It's going to be depicting children growing up on the farm on the land and I am looking for photos.
00:12I'm hoping that you might be able to help me. I need photos of the kids growing up,
00:17depending on whatever farm you're on. You could be, you know, playing with the potty calves,
00:22feeding pet lambs, playing with the chickens, with their dog, with their pig, goats, anything,
00:29on the cane farm, whatever. I'm just looking for photos and a story about the child so that when
00:37I take the 26 to 28 paintings around in the exhibition, I'm hoping to tour it around into
00:43different towns and hopefully cities. I think it'd be a great conversation to start between generations,
00:50you know, the children asking questions, the elders staring at memories, stories being told.
00:58I just think it'd be really, really good and it'll just showcase what a great life the kids have on
01:04the land. So if you have any photos that you think would be suitable and a story, I would be forever
01:13grateful. So if you could message me, email me, whichever suits you. I really look forward to seeing any Fridays.
