00:41na pwede niyang magamit sa kanyang pagbabalay noong labing apat na taong gulang pa lamang siya

00:46Dito, nadiskubre ni Ramirez na may potensyal siya sa nasabing sport

00:51kung saan nagpatuloy ito hanggang sa nakikipaglaban na siya sa iba't ibang lugar sa labas ng bansa

00:58At nitong Nobyembre ng nakarang taon lamang sa naganap na 2024 World Open Equipped Powerlifting Championship sa Iceland

01:34Yan yung try kong gawin ulit ngayon sa competition na ito sa World Games

01:41Kasi right now may naka-break, nag-break ng half a kilo, naging 276 na

01:48So, to 75.5 na ngayon ginawa ng 276, hindi na much problema sa atin para kunin ulit

01:54So, hopefully lang na in that day sa competition, mas maganda yung condition natin

02:01Pero bago ang lahat ng ito, ibinahagi rin ni Ramirez

02:05na dumaan ito sa puntong kinailangan niyang itigil ang pagiging atleta

02:09ng tatlong taon dahil sa banta ng pandemia noong 2019

02:14So, 2019 nasa ano pa ako noon, nasa condition pa talaga ako noon

02:19Hindi ko masasabing prime kasi paakyat pa ako eh

02:21So, it was really good condition pa and then pandemic hit

02:26So, mas pinili ko na lang yung health side ko na

02:33instead of going out the country, baka makuha ko pa yung mga sakit-sakit

02:37kasi it was very common that time, di ba? Sobrang hirap

02:40And then, ang difficulty din ng getting from one country to the other country

02:46how strict it is and all these tests

02:48and then it wasn't available yet yung mga vaccine

02:52and it was expensive that time

02:54It wasn't for free

02:56Yeah, and then I was like

02:58Yeah, maybe I just prioritize now on how to earn more money

03:03to actually sustain my living

03:05And then, natigil ako for 3 years

03:09So, that's what I was doing lang

03:11eating well, doing e-sports

03:13and talking to my brothers and families

03:16Tapos, with the help of my partner also

03:20very supportive kasi sila lang yung kasama ko dito sa Adun sa Manila

03:23and then yung family niya

03:25which is very, very kind people

03:27So, I never really felt na I was alone

03:30or na ano ako, na depressed

03:34Not even a little that it crossed my mind

03:37ma-depress ako

03:38No

03:39Ngayong kasado na ang pag-ukit sa kasaysayan ni Ramirez sa World Games

03:44iisang motivation lang

03:46ang nais niyang bitbitin paket dito

03:48katapat, ang malalakas na pambato ng ilang powerhouse countries

03:52The challenge is that not to place last

03:55not because if I'm not last placed

03:58that means I already beat those winners

04:00because all of them are winners
