The heiress cited challenges in raising a family and doing business in California. The move aligns with the company’s expansion into Tennessee, where it plans to open multiple restaurants and establish a corporate office in Franklin. Snyder is the granddaughter of In-N-Out founders Harry and Esther Snyder. She highlighted safety concerns in California, referencing the 2022 closure of the Oakland location due to crime. In-N-Out, known for its fresh food and family-operated model, will relocate its corporate headquarters from Irvine to Baldwin Park by 2030, honoring its origins.
