While Popeye is out driving his taxi and looking for passengers, Bluto is doing the same - but with much sneakier tactics. The two become rivals as they compete to pick up riders like Olive Oyl. Bluto tries every dirty trick to get ahead, but Popeye, as always, responds with patience, strength, and determination. And when things spiral out of control, the solution - of course - is spinach.
