00:49:54The victim, 29-year-old Deshawn Carraway of Columbia, was pronounced dead on the scene.
00:50:00Now, the Richland County Sheriff's Department needs your help to find the gunman, pictured
00:50:05here in the gas station parking lot just moments before the shooting.
00:50:09His name, Desmond Alonzo Coleman.
00:50:13He's 29 years old, 6'2", 180 pounds, with short black hair, brown eyes, and several tattoos

01:03:11Obviously severely impaired and not able to operate the motor vehicle.
01:03:14She consented to give a blood sample for chemical testing.
01:03:17So we'll go into the jail.
01:03:19They'll draw two vials of her blood and they'll send it off to TBI for testing.
01:03:21Deputy Coons is going to be standing by with the vehicle.
01:03:23It's going to get towed from the scene.
01:03:24And I'm going to be transported to the jail to do that blood draw and then get her booked and processed.
01:03:29The driver's blood sample is still with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigations.
01:03:35At first I noticed her changing it from Bud Light to Miller Light, which is the first sort of sign.

01:03:42Well, and then in conjunction, right, the prescription medication.
01:03:45So it could be lawfully prescribed.
01:03:47It says right on there, obviously you're combining that with alcohol and then operating heavy machinery.
01:03:52A vehicle's heavy machinery technically.
01:03:53So you could be operating in an impaired state and it's, you know, drug driving compared to drunk driving, which a DRE would then go ahead and analyze.
01:04:02Which is why DUI intentionally covers driving under the influence.
01:04:06It can be a lot of different...
